This is for your kind information that DMRT project team will be working on different project related
meeting and tender preparations for some new projects. For this reason, we will be needing the
conference room no. 4 for the whole day on 30th October,2017.

We request you to allocate us the conference room no. 4 on the above-mentioned date and don’t allow
anyone to use or enter that room for the betterment of the project.
