Dear all,
As per the advice of the Project Director of UIIPF-NCC project, it is to inform you that the next
meeting with the consulting firms (PSPS & SMFM) and the PMU is scheduled to be held on 24
December (Thursday), 2020 at 10:30 AM at UIIPF-NCC Project Office, 4 Bangabandhu Road
(Level-3), Mondalpara, Narrayanganj. All the concerned including PMU personnel are requested
to attend the meeting. The meeting will last about 1:30 hour and the Project Director of the
UIIPF-NCC Project will preside over the meeting. The last meeting minutes are attached
herewith. The tentative agenda of the meeting is as follows:
1. Project Management Specialist (PMS) will brief the key activities to be completed with a
given timeline for both the firms within PRF (10 minutes for brief + 5 minutes for
discussion)

2. SMFM firm will brief about their progress so far completed and the next 15 days plan (10
minutes brief + 5 minutes discussion

3. PSPS firm will brief about their progress so far completed and the next 15 days work plan
and resources schedule broadly for three-component (i) Road, (ii) Water Supply, and (iii)
Drainage separately (30 minutes brief + 20 minutes discussion

4. Welcome and closing remarks by the PD/ DPD (5 minutes + 5 Minutes)

PMS will take the meeting note. Requested all the concerns to make timing strictly.

Your kind presence and active participation is highly expected in the meeting.
