NOTICE AND AGENDA FOR THE FIRST GENERAL BODY MEETING FOR THE TERM 2023-2025.

The First General Body Meeting of The Indian Institute of Architects (KUMAUN CENTRE) for
the term 2023-2025 will be held on Thursday, 06th July 2023 at 04 PM at the O/o IIA
KUMAUN CENTRE, i.e., #101, Vaarnika Apartments, Kohli Garden, Bhotia Parao, Haldwani
263139; to transact the following agenda:

1) Meeting called to order.

2) To read and confirm the Minutes of the Last General Body Meeting of the term 2020-
2023.

3) To adopt the Bi-annual report.

4) To adopt the audited statement of accounts of each year for the two-year term.

5) To report the result of the election of the Kumaun Centre of IIA.

6) To transact any other business of which notice has been given in writing, to t he Jt.
Hon. Secretary/ Chairman, at least seven days before the First General Body Meeting.

Members (in good standing) are requested to attend the meeting.
