Objectives: To plan the distribution of students for each section and the designation of advisers and
teachers for every grade level.

 Discussion of the distribution of students and designation of teachers.

Target Participants: Teaching Faculty Members

Narrative Report:
The meeting is started with an opening prayer lead by Mrs. Jocelyn R. Carpio. Mrs. Armida SJ. Santos

discusses about the upcoming Virtual Graduation. She tells about the committee of this event. She also asked the

teachers what will be the plan graduation that supposed to do. Some teachers give their ideas to be presented in this

event.
