Summary of Findings

The concept of shopping with many people is very common. For some people it is a source

of entertainment. People like to handle things, especially clothes such as the texture and more

over they want to try it. For some reasons, the results of this study will group according to

statement of the problem.

1. How can direct and online shopping affect the convenience of product purchasing?

Traditional market or the natural way of shopping is describe as a physical place

where buyers and sellers meet in order to serve and help each other that will give them a quality

of satisfaction and comparing on the internet or online shopping which is a new type of digital

interactive media. It is an electronic channel of communication where a person or an individual

can take part actively and instantly depends on the choice they give.

According to survey, mostly the best selection or criteria for consumers purchases is

the interaction. The interactive age is like the marketers ability to serve a pure and relevant

information. This new environment has changed the direct shopping process into an increased

customer satisfaction and controlled process. Direct shopping has a goal to passive audience

while online shopping is to target consumers that is seeking for the important information.

2. What is the expectation of a customer in terms of direct and online shopping?

The customer’s satisfaction has become a important point of knowing the difference

between online and direct shopping where consumers make weekly or monthly of spending. So

it is a l lesson for the retailers that customers expectations are always more priority. Now a day’s

online shopping are in trouble also to gain customer satisfaction. The competition from other

formats to keep satisfy the customers.


Additionally, based on the results when someone hear direct shopping, it will

automatically understood that the process of purchasing and selling products or services is

physically. Where they can evaluate or feel, touch, smell or try the product in retail store

immediately because the quality is the top priority. Contrary, online shopping is different. Even

online shopping uses computer technology to purchase products from retailers and stores,

customers assure always that their purchased product is in quality state.

3. What is the customers preferred shopping method?

Determining the consumer's intentions before buying is the key to understanding why

they will or may not make purchases in the direct or online marketplace. Consumers need to find

the right balance and sequencing to produce sustainable outcomes and specific measures will

also be required.

As mentioned in findings of the study, mostly customers prefer direct shopping method.

They prefer to direct shopping than online shopping because they can determine and witness the

quality of a product. It is more convenient for them and safe from errors. Unlike in online

shopping which has technical problems sometimes and a failure to meet the expectations of

consumers but somewhat very helpful to them because it is not difficult and exhausting to buy a

product.

Conclusion

In conclusion, the researcher can see that people are still unhappy and sometimes helpful.

People suffer from its side effects and are hostile. They prefer traditional methods over these new

technologies. As the population grows, businesses and markets grow day by day. People don't

consider it genuinely reliable and cannot entirely rely on it for any purpose. Therefore, we can
conclude that traditional shopping is better than online shopping. The most popular forms of

shopping include click and mortars. The number of online shopping malls will increase as online

shopping and shopping become more popular. The reason is that technologically safe consumers

want to explore products, buy now, and get them now. It would be premature to predict that

online shopping will crowd stores and mall buildings from morning tonight. This is most likely

because shopping malls are now more than just shopping places. The mall now offers a variety

of entertainment options, including cinemas, restaurants, art exhibitions, video entertainment

complexes, and even amusement parks. It turns out that surfing the web or buying windows is

still a popular leisure activity. There are also legal issues in other countries. Small details of

online purchases should be removed before excluding physical purchases.
