INTRODUCTION
 Online shopping has attained immense popularity in recent times. Because people
feel comfort of their homes also he can easily search according to their choice of
goods.
 Online shopping is a form of e-commerce which allows consumers to directly buy
goods and services over the internet through Amazon, Flipkart , Meesho,
Snapdeal,etc.
 Retail is a process of selling good and services to customers through multiple
channel of distribution because they deal big and small types of product but they
mostly operate in same line.

* Effect upon the pricing patterns of retail stores in recent times
* Change in Business pattern to achieve customer satisfaction.

The major finding of the study are as follows:


^ Turnover and profit margin of the retailer decreased in the past
few years.
^ Retail stores are now-a-days more engaged in customer
Satisfaction.
^ Now starting up with home delivery of their various product at
the door steps of their customer.
^ The consumers feel more comfortable with the experience of
purchasing online product
^ The sales are destroyed during Covid-19 times.
SUGGESSTION

 Retailers have to change their attitude toward the market. Today’s is a consumer market
and as a result the priority is the consumer satisfaction.
 Retailers give better quality products, fair price, and friendly environment they run our
business to concentrate to a remarkable market.
 The research may fill the gap between the choice of online shopping and offline
shopping.
 The study makes the consumer clear about which option should be taken by the
consumer more benefit.
 This study will give the idea about which shopping will be best for the consumer point
of view.

CONCLUSION
 Online and offline shopping are both good. but now people want choose online shopping is good compare
offline shopping. because there are many fraud company in market in online shopping I think that is good
compare offline but some disadvantage of online customer don’t have the chance to physically see or touch
the items the order there is a risk of online fraud and online security issues

 Offline shopping is the activity of visiting a shop and making purchases customers are actually
able to see what they are buying before they make the payment it’s relatively easy to return
products

 But there are some items which are not available in the market. It is available online only

 I got it from this survey that people give more importance to buy electrical goods offline and not
online
