Dear Parents/Guardians,

Good day!

School Year 2020-2021 is about to end. In this, we would like to inform you that the
students will have their clearance but since they cannot go out, you, parents, will be the one to go
to school and submit the requirements needed for the clearance of your child.

Subject teachers will be waiting for the required activities to be submitted before they
sign the clearance. Please be reminded that without the clearance, you will not be able to get the
card, medal, diploma, and certificates.

Clearance period will be from May 14-18, 2021. Time Schedule will be sent before the
final examination.
