300 g brown sugar
100 g granulated sugar
1 teaspoon(s) vanilla extract
600 g all-purpose flour
1 tablespoon(s) baking powder
2 eggs, medium

Preheat the oven to 180 ο C (350 ο F) set to fan.


In a mixer’s bowl add the butter, the sugar, the vanilla extract, and beat with the paddle
