Be advised we have concluded purchase of 21 VideoPad Masters Edition for 20

AM stations and 1 unit for Bombo Makati Newscenter. The license Numbers for
the VideoPad Masters Edition was already forwarded to MR. JUNE DELA CRUZ
of Bombo Makati IT Dept.

In view of the foregoing all stations shall follow the hereunder instructions

1. Download Software from:

https://www.nchsoftware.com/videopad/index.html

2. After downloading the software, coordinate with Mr. Jun dela Cruz for
further instructions and secure your assigned License Number from him.

FM stations who are in Combo Operation shall share the facility with their AM
counterpart and shall coordinate with Mr. dela Cruz on how to access/use said
software facility.

Meanwhile Split AM and FM stations operating in the same area (Iloilo/Cebu

etc.) shall coordinate their need with their AM counterpart. Star FM Manila shall
coordinate with Bombo Makati Newscenter.

ALL STATIONS ARE STERNLY WARNED THAT UNAUTHORIZE SHARING

OUTSIDE THE NETWORK OF LICENSE NUMBER IS STRICTLY NOT
ALLOWED/PROHIBITED AND WILL MERIT AN OUTRIGHT DISMISSAL
FOR ANY VIOLATORS. CONFIDENTIALITY SHALL BE STRICTLY
OBSERVED.

For your information, guidance and strict compliance.

Advise if message is understood/not understood. ALL STATIONS to respond

on a non-extendible period not later than 07:00PM, OCTOBER 04, 2021.
