THE LEADING
ONLINE YOGA
TEACHER TRAINING
SINCE 2015
They said I was “crazy”...
When I put the very first 200-Hour, interactive LIVE training
online years and years ago — I was an outlier. The industry
questioned if high-quality yoga certification could happen outside
the four walls of a yoga studio. My husband thought I’d lost
my mind. Flashforward to today: Online learning has become
the new normal in yoga and many other fields. Major teachers,
studios and learning institutions globally have gone to remote
collaboration — and don’t plan to switch back to in-person.
Today’s question is: “What’s the best training format for me?
What format provides an intimate, interactive experience most
akin to the transformation and community building you’d
receive in-person?”... but with all the convenience, community
and flexibility of online?
This question has been my sole focus for the last 5 years.
For those of you who don’t know me, an extra-huge welcome! I’m
Brett Larkin, founder of Uplifted Yoga and creator of this Uplifted
Yoga Teacher Training program. I’ve been:
• Zooming with yogis, before “zoom” became a verb.
• Perfecting my role as an online teacher since 2012, when
I started my award-winning yoga Youtube channel. (That
channel now has close to 400,000 subscribers and over
4 million minutes of yoga classes streamed each month.)
• Leading live 200-Hour teacher trainings in an interactive
virtual setting for 5+ years. (As a die-hard perfectionist, I’ve
improved and tweaked the experience every season).
• Seriously addicted to green tea (this, I don’t plan on
changing).
And…
Drumroll
The one I’m the most passionate about:
Because our training is online, I’m able to give YOU —each of you—
personalized feedback on dozens of postures that you send to me as
photos and videos (see a video of this here).

• An open-ended course for you to complete on your own (with
no set structure, start-and-end dates or cohesive student
experience)
This training is about giving you the tools you need to be uniquely
you.
As a yoga teacher, you must be savvy about how you spend your
time and build your income. I’ve designed courses about making
money and using social media in our training curriculum.

F E AT U R E D I N :
Will the training cover teaching any other parts of living a yogic
lifestyle, besides just leading physical classes?
There are so many yoga poses. Not all of them are safe or
advantageous for all body types. We focus on the sixty or so
poses that we’ve seen translate best to a variety of bodies in a
group class environment. These are the core, foundational poses
that create a well-rounded practice.
Please click here to see the next available training date and live
call times. We request YTT students who are pursuing certification
to be live at one of these three call times
How many other students are in the interactive live calls with
me?
Yes, you can use your iPad or other mobile devices to complete
this the training.
One of the things that’s so great about this training: YOU decide
if you want to train in-person down the line. I’d love to have you
join me! If so, please sign up for any of Brett’s in-person 200-Hour
Yoga Teacher Trainings (co-led by Lesley Fightmaster) at 50% off
