a. Knowing that the processor of Huawei Matebook D14 is Ryzen 7 3700U this
laptop has a good processor and the drive that I am using is an SSD type so
it can operate and transfer files fast and easily. It has also 1920x1080 IPS
display with thin vessels so you can really appreciate the display quality
when, watching videos, movies and playing games. It also has 8GB of RAM
so I can do multi-tasking and run many background apps without worrying
about the lag issue on my device.

b. Yes, because the operating system is the one who operates my whole device.
The operating system dictates the machine or the device what to do, if you
are installing an application the OS is the one to tell on to the system to install
it on a certain drive the admin or the user choose. It also tells the computer if
there is an input and output on your device.

d. Base on my own perspective I think yes because you need a display when
using a system so you can check how intensively running programs are being
processed. The respective value indicates what percentage of a processor
core’s total working time is being utilized to process data. And having a
display quality can help if you have a good higher processor because it shows
the real time process of the of running applications and data.

e. For me I would upgrade first is the operating system, it is because it can give
your device change on performance. By upgrading your device OS, you make
it compatible with the newest and most innovative programs of your device
can have. It is also important because it might include repairing security holes
that have been discovered and fixing or removing computer bugs.
