Motivation

To publish research paper in high quality international journal and proceeding

conference
To avoid the probability of rejection by reviewer
I Reviewer can be easily angry while reading the bad shape of paper, then reject
the paper
I If the paper is in the good shape, the reviewer has impression that the author
is intelligent
Good idea in research paper in bad shape makes the reader uneasily to
understand, then the idea will be useless
Think as reviewer
I If I am reviewer, I will reject this
