I, the undersigned am applying for a long-term student visa of Italy as I have been admitted to
the Master’s degree in Management (2-year course) for the academic year 2021/22 at

As per the Hon. Consulate General of Italy, Kathmandu, Declaration of Value (DOV) shall be
requested and received only after applying for a Visa. Thus, I was unable to attach my DOV
along with this visa application. Hence, I kindly request you to accept my application for the
student visa without the DOV. I assure you to request/ obtain a DOV as soon as possible.
