House Rent Agreement

This agreement is made by and between

Copies of this agreement have been retained by both parties on following conditions:

1. The Lessee will be allowed to use the second floor of the house from January 2021 to February
2025 on rental basis.
2. The monthly rent for the floor will be NRs.
3. The Lessee will be responsible to bear charges of the water and electricity as per his/her
consumption and proper management of the property during the rental period.
4. The Lessor holds the right to terminate this contract and further evacuate the Lessee anytime if the
latter is found to be conducting any offensive/ illegal activities within the property premises.
5. The Lessee will evacuate the property once the contract period expires as per this agreement.
However, a notice to renew/ extend/ terminate the contract prior to 35 days of the expiry date is to
be made by both parties.

This agreement has been signed after duly studying and accepting the terms and conditions put forth therein
on 12th January 2021 by both the parties retaining a copy each in presence of the witness as below:
