Mr. Ibrahim Saeed used to previously work for AB Tech as a project manager (AB tech was an IT and software service company in Pakistan) One of its major long-term clients “LMT” was facing inconveniences because their needs were not being satisfied. (LMT is one of Denmark’s largest publishing houses). LMT wanted more control over the Islamabad team, they wanted a stronger working relationship, this included influencing the team values, culture, office design and physical outlook. AB Tech was resisting to change the management style and company policies to accommodate just 1 client. AB tech felt that fulfilling LMT’s demands would lead to inequity regarding authority across the company and other teams. To sort a solution, LMT and Saeed collaborated and set up a new company called SYIT, where Saeed became the managing director and LMT was its long-term initial client.
