What the case is about?

 The case is regarding the company, SYIT.

 Mr. Ibrahim Saeed used to previously work for AB Tech as a project
manager (AB tech was an IT and software service company in Pakistan)
 One of its major long-term clients “LMT” was facing inconveniences
because their needs were not being satisfied. (LMT is one of Denmark’s
largest publishing houses).
 LMT wanted more control over the Islamabad team, they wanted a stronger
working relationship, this included influencing the team values, culture,
office design and physical outlook.
 AB Tech was resisting to change the management style and company
policies to accommodate just 1 client. AB tech felt that fulfilling LMT’s
demands would lead to inequity regarding authority across the company and
other teams.
 To sort a solution, LMT and Saeed collaborated and set up a new company
called SYIT, where Saeed became the managing director and LMT was its
long-term initial client.
