1. COLLEGE LOGIN
The College login credentials are sent to the Principal’s mobile number after DHE creates the
college. The college coordinator may get the college login credentials from the Principal . The
college coordinator must open the website for desired course required for college information
submission and approval by DHE.

For eg: https://bed.hepravesh.in/Public/Home

Click on Log in using the login credentials

And after login Kindly Please Reset the Password

2. COLLEGE DASHBOARD
For an overview of college application related status, a dynamic dashboard is provided on login.
This dashboard will provide real time values of the on-going intake, admission and vacancy
status.

Click on ‘College Profile’

3. COLLEGE PROFILE
The college has to provide further details in the college profile.

The information required is:

 College details
 Faculty details
 Hostel details
 Principal details
 Technical person/Admission In-Charge details
 Course details
 Fee details

Enter the technical person / Admission In Charge details correctly as he/she will be coordinating
the processes in future.

College must select the methods in B.Ed. course as these will appear for candidate application
and allocation to the expected seats in a college.

Methods will not be required for other courses. And this menu will not appear.

Click on ‘Save ad Proceed>>>’

4. UPLOAD COLLEGE DOCUMENTS

After the college information is filled, the necessary documents need to be uploaded by the
college. The list of documents is shown.

Click on the upload icon in front of the document , browse the document from your folders ,
select and upload.

You can view the uploaded documents with the View option. In case you wish to re-upload any
document , first delete the document and then upload the correct one again.

All documents marked with * is compulsory. It is mandatory to upload all compulsory

documents. File Types Allowed are jpg, jpeg, png, bmp, pdf. Maximum File Size Allowed is 500 KB

Once all documents are uploaded click on ‘Save & Next’

5. LOCK COLLEGE INFORMATION

The college can now view the entire summary of the application done along with the document
upload status. Once checked, the college must lock this by clicking on ‘Lock college Information’

Please note, once locked the college will not be able to edit any information and upload any
documents.

If ok, click on ‘Confirm’

Once locked the status will appear accordingly and the menus for profile and documents will be
de-activated.

After lock, if you still want to change before the verification done, you can unlock your
application and change it . Unlock button in available there. Once verification will start, you will
not be able to unlock the application. If everything is ok, then you can take the print of
application and again check it carefully

6. COLLEGE VERIFICATION STATUS

The dashboard will also display the status of the application accordingly.

Once DHE and checked and verified the status in the college login will be updated as below.

7. MISCELLANEOUS
The college at any point may change self-password.

Once all activities are done, the college admin must logout from the system using the icon in top
right corner of the website.
