the undersigned hereby declare that I am the sme person / individual who has given written test & personal interview selection
process for securing admission in NMIMS, School of Business Management. MBA (Law) programme. In case of dispute in my
identity strict action as per the rules of NMIMS shall be tuken.

Eligibility Criteria:
The candidate should have passed in the examination conducted by a recognized University lcading to award of
LL.B./B.A. LLB/B.B.A. LLB/B.Sc LL.B./LL.M. degree (minimum 50% in final year examination or aggregate in all
years). Candidates who have appeared for the final year examinations may also apply. Their initial adnission it sclccted
will be provisional and will be confirmed after submission of the final year/scmester/trimester mark shect and lullilling
the eligibility criteria for final percentage/marks.
Candidates who have duly passed the final examination conducted by the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India, the
Institute of Cost Accountants of India or the Institute of Company Secretaries of India (Any one)
Candidates who have cleared their graduation by doing part-time course or through distance learning, correspondence
courses, externally, open school from recognized University are eligible to apply and register as per UGC guidelines.

lt is my sole responsibility to check whether I am eligible for the respective Program as per the eligibility crieria/s. If at any stage,
it is found that I do not satisfy the eligibility criteria or the information furnished by me in the online registrativin and online
/e-admission form is incorrect, my application for the admission to the Programme, even if selected and lces paid, will stand
cancelled and fees forfeited.

I fully understand the refund rules in case of cancellation of admission listed as under:

Refund Rules: If a student chooses to withdraw from the program of study in which he / she is enrolled, the institution shall follow
the following five-tier system for the refund of fees* remitted by the student.

In case of(1) in the table above, the HEI concerned shall deduct an amount not more than 5% of the fees paid by the student, subject
to a maxinmum of Rs. 5,000/- as processing charges from the refundable amount.
