To whom it may concern,

Good day!
To be elected as an official SK Kagawad of our community is predominantly a privilege
and honor. I have distinguished my capacity after the election and aided my attitude on
how to act with maturity and conviction as a member of Sangguniang Kabataan. I have
given the power and gathered votes from the youth and experienced various seminars
and workshops after the election. Thus, getting an opportunity and appearance is a kind
of a rite of passage for me. I am writing to tender this letter of resignation relinquishing
my position of SK Kagawad at Barangay Cavite West, Palo, Leyte with effect from 11 th
of January, 2021.

Lastly, I am relinquishing my position in the office of Sangguniang Kabataan to give

focus and continue my O-J-T and any other personal reasons. It has been my greatest
honor to faithfully serve the interest of the Filipino youth and people and protect the
integrity of our Constitution. With all the trust they have given me, I would like to give my
sincerest thanks to the youth who supported me in my endeavour and empowering the
youth in our community.
