A RESOLUTION CONFIRMING THE APPOINTMENT OF MS. RHEYLANE KIM M.

BENZON AS SANGGUNIANG KABATAAN TREASURER OF BARANGAY CAVITE
WEST PALO, LEYTE.

WHEREAS, the Republic Act No. 10742 also known as Sangguniang Kabataan Reform Act of
2015, provides in Chapter 2 Section 13 paragraph [f] states that the Sangguniang Kabataan
Chairperson, with the concurrence of the Sangguniang Kabataan, has the power to appoint
among the members of the Katipunan ng Kabataan a Secretary and Treasurer.
WHEREAS, Ms. Rheylane Kim M. Benzon possesses all the qualifications of Sangguniang
Kabataan treasurer as provided under Section 10 of Republic Act 10742.
NOW, THEREFORE, be it resolved, as it is hereby resolved to confirm the appointment of Ms.
Rheylane Kim M. Benzon of Barangay Cavite West, Palo, Leyte until the end of the term of the
appointing authority unless sooner removed.
RESOLVED FURTHER, that copy of this resolution be given to Ms. Rheylane Kim M.
Benzon for her file, copy furnish the DILG/Municipal Local Government Operations Office and
the Local Youth Development Office of Palo, Leyte, for their information and record.

APPOINTMENT ORDER

By virtue of the power vested in me as provided for under Chapter II, section 15 of

Republic Act 10742: An Act Establishing Reforms in the Sangguniang Kabataan Creating

Enabling Mechanisms for Meaningful Youth Participation in Nation-Building and for Other

Purposes, be it known by all that Ms. Rheylane Kim M. Benzon is hereby appointed as

Sangguniang Kabataan Treasurer of the Sangguniang Kabataan of Barangay Cavite West, Palo,

Leyte effective upon taking oath of office and undergoing mandatory training and shall serve in

such capacity with all the rights, privileges, and responsibilities appurtenant thereto until the end

of the term of the appointing authority unless sooner removed.
