2. Why does a profession like teaching require long years if initial

professional education and continuing professional development after
that long, arduous initial professional education?

Teaching profession require a long year of initial professional education

so that future educator will be hone to be skillful, knowledgeable and expert in
their field once they begin on teaching and it is a continuous process because
learning never stop and every teacher should always look for new learnings
while doing their tasks.

 anything that well make a living by teaching.” Having learned the

Teaching as a profession is about inspiring and motivating students to

realize and exceed their potentials. Teachers have devoted their life in inspiring
