    to the state?
    1. Create an organization
    Teacher can form relation to the state
    such an in the parents and government
    official by establishing organization. The
    Parent-Teacher Association is the most
    evident and successful organization that
    create relationship within the two party.
    2. Conduct meeting and seminar to
    various community.
    Engaging to various meeting and
    seminar is another way that teacher
    can relate to state. This will help
    them contribute to the community
    by giving information and raising
    awareness through seminars.
    3. Participate in the community activity.
    Teacher can relate to state trough
    participating in community activity
    such as outreach program, clean up
    drive, awareness campaign and
    community event like fiesta.
