Save the date! On January 6th (picked on purpose), Liz Diehl will host Doug Mastriano’s
Chief-of-Staff Tony DeGusipe to speak in a Philly collar-county. [#auditthevote]; recall his
detailed narrative of his resoluteness that *elucidated* efforts to accommodate Corman.

It matters not that Jake Corman emphasizes his experience in a run for governor, claiming
“ability to break through gridlock and get things done with lawmakers in the institution
where he has served for more than two decades”; it also matters not that the crowded
gubernatorial field now includes Jason Richey, but a Mastriano ↔ Corman conflict will
consume the “oxygen in the room.” A new poll from an organization dedicated to electing
Dem governors again shows Mastriano leading the potential GOP gubernatorial field,
which I’ve *explored* (being a *one-trick pony*) when confessing my *bromance* as an
“army-recruit.” [My candid son has observed my underwhelming track-record of
supporting underdogs, so it’s a relief to be behind a proven winner.] Note his new flick
[The Great Suppression], replete with ACTIONS, not just WORDS. An independent analyst
detailed why Shapiro rejoices, and a “blast” e-mail from “Your Girls from Audit The Vote
PA” expanded upon why “We MUST stop Corman’s campaign in its tracks!”

Senator Jake Corman is the current President Pro Tempore of the Pennsylvania Senate
and he was THE road-black for the forensic audit of the 2020 election.

Up until August of 2021, Senator Doug Mastriano had been the only Senator openly
advocating for a full forensic audit and he had a plan in place to do one. Once Senator
Mastriano took the initiative to move forward with subpoenas for individual counties,
Senator Jake Corman removed him from his chair position in the Intergovernmental
Operations Committee, inserted Senator Cris Dush, and changed the plan for the audit
altogether, which is currently going nowhere.
Senator Corman subsequently removed Senator Mastriano’s entire staff and reassigned
them to other areas of the Senate and then barred the Senator from Republican Caucus
meetings, for which he is still not allowed back in.

These tactics look more like mob boss activity than state leadership potential, and for that
as well as many other things listed in this email, we are urging every single voter in the
state of Pennsylvania to say, “NO” to Senator Corman’s gubernatorial run for governor.
Here are some basic facts about Senator Corman:

The 2005 Pay Raise

On July 7th, 2005 at 2 a.m., the PA General Assembly passed *Midnight Pay Raises* for
statewide lawmakers (themselves), judges, and top executive branch officials; seven GOP
Senators (including Senator Jake Corman and Senator David Argall) voted with the Dems
on a vote that occurred without public review or commentary, immediately signed into
law by then-Dem Gov. Ed Rendell. {State Website, News Article, Post Gazette Article}

Gas Tax Vote in 2013

In 2013, Corman, as Appropriations Committee Chair, personally crafted, guided, and

voted for the single largest gas tax increase in PA history, raising it by 28 cents per gallon.
This explains why Pennsylvanians have some of the highest gasoline costs in America.

Ties to Jerry Sandusky

Senator Corman served on the board of Jerry Sandusky’s non-profit organization (the
Second Mile), to which he donated campaign funds starting in 2007. {Centre County News}

Audit the Vote PA reached out to Senator Corman numerous times starting in February
of 2021 to attempt to gain his support for the forensic audit, but he ignored ‘phone calls
and e-mails; he was also unresponsive when we also tried to set-up in person meetings.

Of all the Republican declared candidates for Governor, we feel Senator Corman would
be the worst choice for WE THE PEOPLE. Please forward this e-mail to every PA voter,
sharing the real story behind this career politician’s baggage as he ramps-up his campaign.

There’s time-line pressure regarding the fact that a guy I met in my “Election Integrity”
travels, Frank Scavo, will be sentenced on Monday in D.C. federal court due to his
1/6/2021 (10-minute) “big-adventure.” A federal prosecutor wants him fined $5,400 in
restitution and jailed for a fortnight; Chris Kelly discussed “The Frank Scavo I Know.” Thus,
I volunteered to do a D.C. “run” if he feels any character witness would prove beneficial,
recalling another of Ike’s prescient observations: “Only Americans can hurt America.”
