SUBJECT : AFTER OPERATION REPORT

RE: ENCOUNTER WITH THE ROBBERY (AKYAT-BAHAY)
SUSPECT REYNALDO TURA

DATE : November 21, 2021

I. AUTHORITY: Inherent Function.

II. MISSION: To render police assistance in accordance with the PNP’s To Serve and
Protect”.

III. Period/Area Covered: At about 2:30 am of November 15, 2021 at Velayos Store
located at in front of Tukuran Public Market.

V. Chronology of Events:

1. On November 15, 2021 at about 2:30 am, elements of TUK MPS of this station under the
supervision of TUK MPS Commander, PCI Reynaldo Tura rendered police assistance in
 connection with a Robbery (Akyat-Bahay) incident that transpired on the aforesaid date
and time at Velayos Store located at in front of Tukuran Public Market. Where in an
unidentified male suspect was caught in the act inside the House of the victim Juan
Velayo , 35 years old, single, businessman and residing at in front of Tukuran Public
Market by the responding police officer PMS. Reymar Garcenez PAT. Nikko Andradi, and
PAT. Johnny Caballida prompting said suspect to react and fired two (2) shot towards
them. As a result, said police officers retaliated thus led to the neutralization of the
suspect.

2. Accordingly, PCMS Juan Dela Cruz and PSMS Mark Noble, duty investigator and PNP
SOCO team led by PC Levi Gomez responded to the above said place of incident and
during ocular investigation they were able to recover from the crime scene one (1)
caliber 38 revolver with deface serial number loaded with two (2) live ammunition & two
(2) fired cartridge cases, four (4) pieces fired cartridge of a 9mm, two (2) fired bullets,
one (1) folding knife and one (1) heat sealed transparent plastic sachet containing
suspected shabu which were all brought to the PNP Crime Laboratory for proper
disposition.

3. Apparently, on November 15, 2021 probers conducted follow up investigation led

resulted to the identification of suspect REYNALDO TURA, 26 years old, single jobless
and with postal address at Purok Makugihon Brgy. Sto. Nino, Tukuran Zamboang Del Sur
base on the statement of his brother RAYMOND TURA, 36 years old, married drive and
presently residing at Purok Makugihon Brgy. Sto. Nino, Tukuran Zamboang Del Sur.

VI. Result of Operation:

The interception, neutralization of the suspect and the recovery of pieces of evidence were
made evident through the alertness and decisive action of the Tukuran Police Station.

VII. Action Taken:

Accordingly, statement of the responding police officers and victim were taken and were reduced
into writing for future reference. Likewise, examination for PARAFFIN, AUHTOPSY, BALLISTIC, and
DRUG TEST from the crime scene were already requested and is now waiting for their respective
result.

VIII. Recommendation:

Hence, most respectfully recommend awards of medal and or commendations be given to all
elements of Tukuran Police Station who were involved the oiperation.
