1. On October 23, 2021 Dr. Elaine discussed TRAFFIC MANAGEMENT AND


ACCIDENT INVESTIGATION her discussion started at 8000 to 1200 hours.
Discussing what is traffic she explained that traffic refers to the movement of
person, goods or vehicle either powered by combustion system or animal drawn
from one place to another for the purpose of travel. She also mentioned that it
was derived from the word trafficcare which means "to carry on trade". She also
includes traffic accidents. She also includes any traffic accident involving travel
transportation on a traffic way.

2. Dr. Elaine also discussed traffic accident investigation that refers to a systematic
process of establishing facts and circumstances pertaining to a traffic accident.
She also included the R.A 4136 , R.A 6539 and she defines carnapping that
refers to an unlawful taking, with intent to gain through force, violence or
intimidation a motor vehicle belonging to another person without the latter's
consent. She also included the other republic acts such as R.A 8749 a clean air
act , R.A 8750 it provides for the attachment of seatbelt and R.A 7924. She also
mentioned P.D 96 regulating the use of sirens, bells, horns etc. P.D 101
modifying the lines and modes of operation of public utility motor vehicles in the
Philippines, P.D 207 traffic signals and the last one P.D 612 requiring compulsory
insurance.

3. After Dr. Elaine discussed TRAFFIC MANAGEMENT she also discussed DRUG
EDUCATION AND VICE CONTROL she started at 1300 hours and it will end at
1700 hours. Dr. Elaine first to discuss what is Drug and two kinds of drugs as to
origin which is the natural drug and synthetic drug. She also includes the Three
categories of dangerous drugs which are the prohibited drugs , regulated drug
and volatile substances. She also discussed the classification of prohibited drugs
such as narcotics, stimulants, hallucinogens and designer drugs or (Club Drug).
She also mentioned common forms of drugs such as plant, powder and crystal,
tablets and capsules and also liquid. She also mentioned the opium and
morphine and it's uses medically and legally she also mentioned classification of
narcotics drugs.

4. Dr. Elaine also includes hycodan, percodan and depressant and she defines the
use of heroin as pain killers to cancer patients. She also mentioned tranquilizer,
depressants, sedatives, barbiturates and ethyl alcohol. She also discussed
forensic aspects of blood including the form of cocaine such as cocaine
hydrochloride, freebase and cocaine base. She also includes the effect of
cocaine and also the marijuana plant. She also discussed comprehensive
dangerous drugs act of 2002 and the definition of acts

5. Dr. Elaine last subject to discuss FIRE TECHNOLOGY AND ARSON she started
to discuss luminar flame and turbulent flame also the emergency action guide for
hazardous materials. She also discussed fire triangle theory, principle of
structural fire fighting, fire tetrahedron theory and combustion. She also
discussed fire suppression that means slowing down the fire of burning and
extinguishing is putting the fire completely out. She also discussed arson
investigation deals with the knowledge and study that guide the cause and the
point of origin of the fire. After the discussion Dr. Elaine ended our review.
