After adding 6% of hydrogen peroxide to the extract, an enzyme called catalase
in the surface of the potato reacts with hydrogen peroxide breaking it down into
water and oxygen gas. When oxygen gas is released, it forms bubbles.

2. What is the color of the solution after adding Iodine solution?

After adding an Iodine solution, the resulting reaction produces a pale purple color.
