How To Chairing A Meeting

Good afternoon everyone, could I have your attention please? Thank you everyone and
welcome to today’s meeting. My name is Fakhri, shall we start the meeting? Today agenda is to talk
about how can we improve our profit for the next few year, we will talk about location, marketing,
and budgeting. The first agenda of our meeting is which location we will pick for our branch office to
reach more customer there are top 3 location that are voted which is Arkansas, Wyoming and
Boston the top location for our second branch is Boston. If anyone didn’t have anything to add up,
we’ll continue to our second agenda about marketing that will be explained by John from Marketing
Departement whom had an idea about using online marketing that can cut our spending on
marketing by 50%. If anyone has a thoughts to share on this agenda, feel free to add it up, moving to
our final item of the agenda is how we can minimize outcome to increase our company income by
revving up our efficieny by 50 until 65% by planning a field trip for the employee of the month,

In brief conclusion in this meeting we discussed that opening second branch office in Boston and
using online ad to increase our income and by planning a trip for the employee of the month we can
increase the efficieny by significantly, before we finish this discussion, is there any question? If there
