Organisational structures describe how certain goals should be achieved in an organization.

For a business to
operate efficiently and effectively, it needs organizational structure.
The structure of the organisation forms the foundation and supports decision making and other processes.
There will be less confusion in the organization if everyone knows what their role is. From the top of the
company to the bottom, a good hierarchy describes the management structure of an enterprise.
DLF falls under the category of bureaucratic structure, with our two CEO’s, Rajeev Talwar and Mohit Gujral
overseeing the company's many executives under the guidance of our Vice Chairman, Rajiv Singh and
Chairman, Kushal Pal Singh. DLF is a well-organised company with several executive directors guiding it.
Through collaboration, flexibility, and innovation, the line and staff structure allow DLF to create components
that enhance their work.
It appears that the current structure of DLF works well. When managers are on the same page and have a staff
structure, they can provide support, advice, and expertise. It can result in a more effective company and better
managers. As the company continues its global expansion, it may be able to segment by location and function
to serve the needs of different demographic groups of customers and retailers in different countries.
