Pre-lesson
1. Teacher acts as blind person and try to reach something.
2. Pupils decide on what to do if they see the same situation happen in their life.
3. Teacher elicits pupils’ thoughts and write them down on a whiteboard.
4. Teacher relates the situation with the topic of the day.
Activity 1 (Knowledge):
1. Pupils observe a series of pictures of people with special needs.
2. Teacher explains a little bit on the topic of the day.
3. In group of 5, pupils use a mini whiteboard and create a tree map on ways to respect and appreciate people
with special needs.
4. Pupils share their outcomes to the class.
5. Teacher guides those are weak.
Activity 2 (Socioemotional):
ACTIVITIES 1. In group of 5, pupils are given one envelope with different situation.
2. Within 5 minutes they have to discuss the situation and distribute the roles.
3. Each group need to act out the situation while the other groups need to decide if the situation is appropriate or
inappropriate by showing the traffic light. (green-appropriate, red-inappropriate)
4. Teacher facilitates pupils’ activity and help them if necessary.
Activity 3 (Action):
1. Pupils watch a video clip on the don’ts when dealing with disability people.

2. Teacher gives some situations verbally.
3. Pupils practice on the act when dealing with different types of disabilities people.
4. Pupils justify their action based on the video clip watched.
5. Teacher facilitates and help them if necessary.
6. Pupils summarize the lesson of the day.
