EXECUTIVE SUMMARY

The Rêveuse is a concept store who offers customers to have a unique

shopping experience by having a different selection of products in one place. The

business aims to create a friendly and appealing environment for customers. Its

tag line, "trust your inner creativity" manifests that Rêveuse aims to inspire and

motivate its consumers to pursue their aspirations. Moreover, the name of the

business is a French word which means "dreamer" or "daydream". While its logo,

on the other hand, is a dream catcher that brings an optimistic mindset, to catch

good dreams and filter the negativity. Mr. Daryl V. Dorupa, the owner of the

business, has a keen vision and he commits himself to fulfill his mission to make

this venture successful.

An industry analysis was conducted to gauge and forecast future outlooks and

trends. Furthermore, despite having its corresponding competitors; both direct and

indirect, the proposed business showed its resiliency as a neophyte concept store

that has the ability to establish its brand recognition. The Rêveuse Store envisions

to cater to a comprehensive and broad customer base. The customer-centered

business aims to cater to a wide variety of consumers—be it students, office

persons, and even the people at home. The following segments and the target

market that corresponds to it is stated in the industry analysis.

1
The technical aspects document the store's location, its basic operation flow

process, the working schedule of the employees, the machineries and equipment,

structure plan and the source of the supplies used in the Rêveuse store. The raw

materials are presented with their corresponding quantity and prices. Moreover,

the store's waste disposal method is also stated in the chapter, to ensure that the

environmental responsibility of business is to achieve as the store strives to

maintain its plastic-free packaging

The marketing aspects, pest analysis, Porter's five forces analysis, and its

strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats are presented in the fourth

chapter. The marketing research is presented, for the summary of the results from

the survey conducted. Rêveuse sustains an environmental-friendly packaging.

Promos and packages were made. All products that are being offered by the

Rêveuse store, as well as its pricing strategy are also presented. Rêveuse envisions

a full-social media-based promotion strategy, to reach its target market even

better.

Rêveuse is a business owned by a sole proprietor, who chose sole

proprietorship as the type of business to run for he will have full control of his

business and have full security and maximum privacy. Six employees that are

physically fit for their given tasks are needed to run the business. Namely: the

store manager (1), staffs (3), driver (1) and security guards (1). The allocated

salary in exchange for the service rendered of the employees is further explained

in the budgeting portion of the study.

2
Due to the aught that may happen outside the range of the business' normal

operations, the corresponding plans and backups are stated inside of the latter part

of the business plan. Stated in the seventh chapter are the possible contingencies

and their corresponding measures or plan.

Moreover, a budget is required in order to start a business. Stated in the

eighth chapter are the overall budgeting summary from the machineries and

equipment, raw materials, office supplies, furniture and fixtures, marketing costs,

compensation costs, and miscellaneous expenses are listed. The total estimated

CHAPTER II

INTRODUCTION

In the current, consumer-oriented culture, people do not shop merely to

obtain items they need, but also to satisfy their wants. Frequently, shopping does

not even involve making a purchase. Wandering costumers made window

shopping popular nowadays. Also, merchandisers and retailers tend to create

"small worlds" for merchandising—to attract the attention of consumers, draw,

and keep the consumers coming back in the future. Despite the advanced

techniques seen in visual displays, visual merchandising is not a new concept for

merchandise for it was already staged in interesting and unique arrangements to

attract consumers ever since the 18th century

Before the late 18th century, when the contemporary methods of visual

merchandising began to evolve, store owners and managers cared little for the

appearance of their stores and the presentation of merchandise. Very little

merchandise was displayed within the store. Rather, a customer would enter the

store and speak with the retailer, who would then present merchandise that was

kept in a back room. "Sales talk" and an ability to persuade were very important

in convincing a customer of the quality of a product and making a sale. The

evolution of in-store design brought about a new "process" of shopping. It was no

longer a verbal engagement between retailers and customers, but now a "sensory

experience". The first step in the evolution of store design occurred when small

stores began to display their merchandise openly to the public, instead of keeping

the products stored. Eventually, the deliberate display of goods became an

4
important tool for retailers. What were once unattractive stores that were not

meant to visually appeal to consumers, slowly became exciting shopping venues.

(Davis, 1999)

The main objective of visual merchandising and retailing is to convince

the customers to buy. Hence, visual merchandising must entice the consumer into

the store, effectively present what the store has to offer and provide reasons for

why costumers need to embrace the products. With increased competition, stores

are trying to create more exciting, aggressive visual presentations not just to

increase their sales but to increase customer interaction as well.

The proponents decided to pursue the said business to gain experience and

have a chance to improve their marketing skills to determine if this is the right

place to follow. Experience is one of the requirements in handling business for it

is a trial and error challenge and for the proponents to apply one’s understanding

of handling a business. In business, there is always room for mistakes and these

mistakes are what make a business stronger. This is what motivates the

proponents, to be challenged and to create a product to sell.

In the Philippines, many merchandising stores base only on designs and

trend, another reason why it motivates the proponents to pursue this business is to

motivate the buyer mentally and physically. All of the products are designed with

motivational and inspirational quotes and this is what makes the product unique.

The proponents were inspired by the business named Papelmeroti, a concept store

in which most of the products are crafts made with paper. The concept of the said

business is to help the community become a trash-free and eco-friendly

5
environment. Like Papelmeroti, the proponent’s goal is to set a business that

serves by giving inspiration and motivation to their consumers through the

products the business is going to offer.

The Rêveuse is a school and office supplies store who offers customers to

have a unique shopping experience by having a different selection of products in

one place. The business aims to create a friendly and appealing environment for

customers. The target market of the business focuses on the younger generations

which are the millennials and generation z.

Rêveuse, the name of the business, is the French language which means

“dreamer” or “daydreamer”. The name of the business also serves as the main

purpose of the business. Rêveuse decided to sell items that contain motivational

and inspirational quotations. There are even some products that can lead the

consumers to reveal one’s creativeness. The Logo of the business is a dream

catcher that symbolizes the business as someone who wishes to only bring good

dreams and hopes to people.

The business Rêveuse is a school and office supplies store that offers a

wide range of products. The said business is owned by Mr. Robert Daryl V.

Dorupa. Rêveuse is located at Beagles, a commercial building around Bagong

Bayan, Malolos. Dorupa established Rêveuse in this particular place as he is

already familiar because this is his hometown. Mr. Robert Daryl V. Dorupa

believes that the established business can grow and make money for the business

that takes place near three schools: Holy Spirit Academy, Marcelo H. del Pilar

National High School, International Montessori Center, and Holy Infant School.

CHAPTER III

INDUSTRY ANALYSIS

A. FUTURE OUTLOOK & TRENDS

Individuals who seek for inspirations are those who dare to dream.

Craftsmanship, which most of us may refer to as an aesthetic, was implied in

the ancient time. The word craft, came from an Old English word "craeft"

which means 'strength’ or 'skill’ and Old High German "kraft", which stands

for strength, and means “skill in planning, making, executing” and, by

extension, “an occupation or trade requiring skill". This heritage was passed

on until today, where individuals use crafts and creativity, as motivation and

inspiration for their studies and work.

The main purpose of having school supply stores is to provide teaching

materials to teachers, parents and students. The evolution of how school and

office supplies were distributed is evident in some of the most admired

businesses such as National Bookstore, Expressions and Pandayan Bookshop;

where these three businesses are known for its strong competition in the

market.

Year 1732, when the oldest operating bookstore in the world was founded.

The Livraria Bertrand. Tomàs (2019), stated that the history of the book and

bookstores in Portugal is inseparable from that of the French. From the

eighteenth century, there was the arrival of a large number of French

booksellers to Portugal, including Pedro Faure, who went on to found what we

7
know today as "Livraria Bertrand". Just like our country’s economic state,

trends are unstable. An emerging businesses must be aware and alert to the

dynamic and vast-changing trends that are being introduced and loved by the

public.

In the Philippines, before the Japanese occupation during World War

II, the National Bookstore was established. It is 1942 when José Ramos and

Socorro Cáncio-Ramos, rented a small-corner space of a Haberdashery with

the capital of ₱211. 00 situated at the foot of Escolta Bridge in Santa Cruz,

Manila, where GI novels, text books and supplies were sold. After facing a

lot of struggles after the World War II National bookstore came back to

business by selling greeting cards where they became most known for back

then. Later they had launched a program to sell books from international

publishers and this led to the expansion of the business into malls and etc.

National Bookstore is a perfect example of a business that went through a lot

of up and downs, yet still standing as one of the most popular school supplies

store in the country.

Year 1984, Sterling Papers Company started a retail business of greeting

cards. The business was later developed to provide school and office supplies

that eventually lead to the birth of Expressions Stationery Shop. Recently

Expressions became known for selling their products in places such as malls

like Robinsons place targeting crowded places. Like National Bookstore,

Expressions also started by selling greeting cards.

8
Unlike the two businesses, Pandayan Bookshop is a business that was

first part of a supermarket store and eventually got separated to operate and

expand. Pandayan Bookshop used to be only a part of a supermarket store yet

the business showed great potential as people patronize their products even

outside the supermarket. 1993, the separation of Pandayan Bookshop from

CVC supermarket and being expanded to different locations was actually first

an experiment to know if the business could work despite operating as a

bookshop on its own.

The three common things that is evident between the three businesses are

their wide range of products. All of these businesses are very competitive to

offer products into the market, where back then all of these businesses where

focused on providing school and office supplies. These businesses further

develop their businesses by offering new set of products such as books, bags,

and even gift products.

Trends affects the overall consumer behavior. Hence, the Rêveuse store

ought to innovate its products to be a step ahead in the trend zone. Trends,

however, put the consumer’s demand so high whilst expecting for a good

price and great value. The unsteady inflation rate and economy leads to an

unsteady prices. The proposed business must ensure that the monetary value

of the products exactly matches the quality to keep the consumers coming

back for more. The developing state of the technology perceived a higher

demand on social-media based products. So, the Rêveuse store keep socially

in-touched by promoting via social media—where consumers get insights of

9
the trends and also for them to have an idea which ones to buy. Rêveuse will

be promoting inspiration and motivation. The Rêveuse launched a campaign

with its tagline, “Trust your inner creativity”.

Furniture and fixtures are important because it will make the store catchy and

presentable for the customers. These are also one of the business’ assets which

includes light, decors, paintings and etc. Some furniture will serve as the

storage for the products that the business will offer. The furniture and fixtures

are in good quality that can make it last for a longer lifespan. If the business

owner decided to replace these with a new one, these are still in a good

condition and can be sold even when depreciated.

J. EMPLOYEE UNIFORM

38
Figure 4.14
Employee Uniform Design

Uniforms will be provided for the employees of Rêveuse for the business

dress code to be applied. Polo shirts were the best choice for formality and to give

the employees a smart looking appearance. The surname of the employee will be

placed in the front for the employee's name recognition, as for the logo, it will

also be placed in front of the polo shirt to make the shirt an official uniform of the

employees. The tag line of Rêveuse is placed at the back of the polo shirt in order

for the costumers to see the tagline of the store.

K. WASTE DISPOSAL PLAN

39
Figure 4.15
Waste Disposal Process

Rêveuse is driving awareness to the plastic pollution crisis. With that

being said, the store strives to maintain its plastic-free packaging. Thus, the

dominant waste that is expected to be collected in the store are recyclable

wastes and/or mostly made out paper, which are eco-friendly.

The first step of the waste disposal process is the segregation of waste,

which is done by providing four (4) trash bins with a color-coded garbage

bag; namely, biodegradable waste (green), recyclable waste (blue), papers

(red) and sanitary and hazardous waste (black). The proper waste segregation

is effective for it means that there will be less waste that are opt to go to the

landfill. The Waste Segregation is primarily done beforehand.

The second step will be the application of the Reduce, Reuse and

Recycle. The concept of the waste hierarchy is an essential, efficient and

effective way in reducing the amount of waste to be sent in the landfill,

saving money and for easier waste distribution.

40
The third and last step is the Organic and Inorganic waste disposal. The

proposed business may only be providing paper bags and recyclable wrapper

but this does not mean that the store will not encounter organic and inorganic

wastes. Situations may vary—customers may come to the store with snacks

and sodas in their hands, some may enter the store with a bottled water and

these wastes may not be from the store but that does not mean that this is

something that the store is not accountable of. Customers must leave their

foods and drinks at the baggage counter provided by the guard. So, organic

wastes and inorganic wastes such as plastic bottles, aluminum and tin cans

must be disposed properly as well. Organic waste can be sent to the landfill

or may be use as compost whereas the inorganic waste must be properly

recycled or may be sold in junk factories.

L. LIST OF SUPPLIERS

Choosing the right supplier is one of the most crucial part in doing a

business as it does not only pertain to scanning a series of price lists, but it

also includes considering a wide range of factors such as feasibility, value for

money, quality, reliability and service. One must have valuable insights to be

able to weigh up these factors depending on the business’ priorities and

strategy.

CHAPTER V

MARKETING ASPECT

A. PEST ANALYSIS

Political Forces
Political concerns or laws can have a huge effect on a certain business.

Since our business sells products that need trees for the production of paper,

pencils and other products made out of wood, Presidential Decree No. 330 (Illegal

Logging of Logs from Public Forests) and Republic Act No. 9175 (Chain Saw

Act of 2002) may affect the production and source of Rêveuse store. Because of

the said law, the possible sources and production of paper will be limited.

The employees of Rêveuse also have rights regarding the working hours.

According to Article 83, 87 and 91 of Presidential Decree No. 442, the employees

are not allowed to exceed eight hours every day. Because of this, the store hours

are also affected because it is not open long enough. There are a lot of possible

opportunities that the store can grab during the hours that the store is closed which

will be limited due to such laws. Lastly, taxes as a part of every business in the

country which keeps on increasing as time pass by, which may affect the business

sometime in the future.

46
Economic Forces
Through the proposed business the employment rate of the country will

increase as it will help lessen the number of people who are unemployed The

proposed business will be hiring employees for the work to be done much easier.

As a business that generates employment, this may contribute to help for the

economy of the country to increase. Also, the proposed business will provide

products that may supply the demand of school supplies by people.

Social Forces
Social forces include traditions, values, societal trends, consumer psychology,

and a society's expectations that need to be taken into account when building a

business. School supplies and office supplies such as papers, notebooks, ball pens

are usually the basic needs of students and office workers. As time pass by trends

change and so is the lifestyle of people, nowadays the preference of people may

be based on the aesthetics, price, and convenience of the products may offer. The

lifestyle of a consumer may also be included in this aspect as to where some may

prefer minimalist products, eco-friendly products, and some may prefer products

that promote positivity through motivation and inspiring designs of a product. The

proposed business aims to not only offer a quality product but also offer quality

service.

47
Technological Forces

The proposed business ought to maximize its use to the machinery and

equipment to serve customers better. Rêveuse Store utilizes eco-friendly and

recyclable materials in its products as much as possible. Moreover, as a startup

business, The Rêveuse Store would compound its capital in striving to develop

the brand; which will eventually lead to the improvement of its technical aspect to

be able to cope up in the fast-developing business industry. With the help of the

innovation of technology promotion of products will be easier with the use of

social media platforms. Moreover, the transition of using traditional school

supplies such as books and notebooks to gadgets as a medium in studying may

also have a huge impact on the proposed business.

B. PORTER’S FIVE FORCES ANALYSIS

Rivalry among Existing Competitors – moderate to high

 Being in the area surrounded by schools it is evident that there is a lot of

existing business who offers school supplies including the canteens inside

the campus which is why the rate is high. Also, almost all businesses

around the area offer basic school supplies, as a result, it leads to a

competition of affordable price and quality.

business, students may find it more accessible to buy their school stuff in

such businesses as they have their branches spread among Malolos.

Expressions offer a wide variety of products compared to the proposed

business as they also offer different kinds of stuff such as gift purposes.

Threats of substitutes – moderate

 A school supplies business can be found mostly everywhere where

substitute of product is moderate. Divisoria is a place where most of their

products are offered in bulks or bundles also known as 'wholesale'. If

consumers want to find and settle with a business that offers for a cheaper

price these businesses may be a threat as the proposed business offers

products per piece.

Threat of New Entrants - high

 The business is located in a place surrounded by numerous schools there is

always a high possibility of having competitors in the market. A lot of

people will show interest in building a school and office supplies business

or any other business that may offer basic school supplies around the area

as it highly guarantees profit with the target market which is the students.

49
 Building a school supplies business does not require a big amount of

capital, considering stalls or small businesses owned by individuals or sole

proprietors are most likely to enter the market.

Bargaining Power of buyers - moderate to high

 School supplies business may be a seasonal business as to where the back-

to-school season is where they sell out products the most. Although there

are also office workers and other businesses who need products such as

office supplies that the Rêveuse store may offer. Also, the prices of each

product that the proposed business is offering affordable and budget-

friendly for students who are the target market of the proposed business.

Bargaining Power of Suppliers – moderate to high

 Having a school and office supplies business, it is very important to have a

back-up supplier to which you can get your products in case the main

supplier encounter lapses to offer you their service. It is best to always

have a wide variety of supplier so that you can always ensure the best

quality of your products. There is a lot of school supplies supplier in the

country who offers their products at a reasonable price, where their

products guaranteed comes directly from the manufacturing businesses

and some even come from other countries as well. The list of suppliers

that the proposed have is known for supplying numerous other school and

office supplies businesses around the country.

E. PRODUCT STRATEGY

BUSINESS NAME AND LOGO

The Name
Choosing a business name and logo is very vital in putting up a

business. Rêveuse is the proposed business name chosen by the

proponents to present the main purpose of the business to inspire and give

motivation to their customers.

Rêveuse is a French word used to identify an individual as

daydreamer or dreamer. The word Rêveuse was derived from the word

Reveur—which signifies idealist for french people. Rêveuse aims to

become a business that brings their customers inspiration and motivation

in doing things.

61
The Logo

Figure 5.18

Table 5.2

The logo of the proposed business displays a dreamcatcher and arrows, it

depicts the role of the business for their customers. The Dream catcher mainly

62
symbolizes the role that the business wants to achieve, the one that is able to only

bring the good dreams of people. The font used for the logo is called stroke

dimension, which has a little doodle feel design.

The color light blue in the logo symbolizes peaceful and calmness, while

the light purple symbolizes ambition and creativity. The arrow conveys the

courage of one stepping forward into putting their creative ideas into action. As

the tagline of the proposed business goes “Trust your inner creativity”.

PACKAGING

The Rêveuse store focuses on releasing products such as stationery, school

supplies, and motivational crafts that are budget and eco-friendly. The store is

driving awareness to the environmental crisis that humanity is facing at the

moment—the global plastic pollution crisis. Therefore, the Rêveuse store

established a plastic-free packaging. All products are expected to be wrapped

using reusable paper and are packed with paper bags.

The use of paper bags and biodegradable wraps do not just contribute in

providing solution to the plastic pollution crisis but is also sustainable in

maintaining a zero-waste shop, which also encourage the customers in practicing

responsible solid waste management.

63

F. PRICING STRATEGY

64
Proclaiming affordable and sensible prices are very important in selling a

product to the market. Rêveuse store will sell varieties of school-related stuff such

as notebooks, pens, and pen pouches.

Choosing a pricing strategy is a highly important yet deceptively tricky

task in making a business plan. Price is one of the most important ways in which

customers choose between different products and services, knowing the optimum

price that the business should charge to maximize sales and profits is key to

beating the competition.

Just like other retailers/businesses, Rêveuse utilizes the psychological

pricing strategy that teases the psychological impact on its consumers. The pricing

strategy might seem simple, but it is an effective marketing tactic. When it is

consistently and effectively applied, it renders a huge contribution to the gradually

increasing sales volume.

Most of the mark-up price of the products the proposed business is

offering come from the 25% of the base price of the product. The price range of

the products that the proposed business is offering is definitely affordable and

competes for the price with other competitors in the domain.

PROMOS AND PACKAGES

It is stated in the previous chapter that visual merchandising and retailing

aims to convince the customers to buy. Inside of the latter, an effective way to

engage various customers to the store is by the means of captivating them through

promos and packages. Just like products, customers also have different spending

behavior. Since not all consumers are impulsive, most customers are after the

discount and benefits that a certain product or bundle has to offer. The Rêveuse

store believes that creativity starts in one’s dream; hence, the store will focus on

offering promos and budget-friendly discount packages (e.g. wholesales and

bundles).

G. DISTRIBUTION STRATEGIES

Rêveuse will have a physical store, Instagram account and

Facebook account that will be included in the strategy when it comes to

distributing the products. The physical store of Rêveuse will be the main

location where the consumers can avail of the product that can satisfy their

wants or needs. The consumers will be able to see and observe the

products that catch their attention physically. Rêveuse decided to open a

physical store because seeing the actual products will serve as an

advantage for the consumers.

The social media accounts, which will also serve as an online

store, contain the pictures including the product’s name. The consumers

can easily purchase the products they want by messaging the account of

Rêveuse on Instagram (@Rêveuse_store19) and Facebook (Rêveuse). The

product will be delivered to the buyers after they confirm the products

they want to buy. It is more convenient for consumers to see products

online because they can easily avail of the products anytime without even

going somewhere else.

ORGANIZATIONAL PLAN

A. FORM OF BUSINESS ORGANIZATION

Being in the retailing school and office supplies business the

competition in the market might be really hard to enter, where a lot of

existing known businesses will be hard to deal with as a sole proprietor.

Although as a sole proprietor establishing and operating business will be

more simple compare to partnership and corporation as it is easy to change

legal structure later if circumstances change. Also, with sole

proprietorship, the owner can have full security and maximum privacy.

However, in sole proprietorship, the owner has unlimited liability

for debts as there is no legal distinction between private and business

assets. Despite this disadvantage, the owner of the proposed business

chose to be a sole proprietor because the business will be easier to manage

as he is still a neophyte in the business industry.

In building a business as a sole proprietor there will be less

requirements compared from other form of organization. The following is

118
the list of basic possible requirements according to Malolos City Hall in

building a business as a sole proprietor:

 Barangay Business Clearance

 DTI (Department of Trade and Industry) Permit

 BIR (Bureau of Internal Revenue) Permit

 Business Permit (Mayor’s Permit)

E XCELLENT QUALITY PRODUCTS

Rêveuse offers quality products to satisfy customer's needs with products that

are worth their monetary value.

FRAMEWORK OR GUIDING PRINCIPLES

The MOST IMPORTANT Rule: Lessen the use of PLASTIC

Rêveuse is aspiring to be an environmental-friendly company. The

business is having rules and regulations regarding the plan on lessening the usage

of plastic. Rêveuse is using paper materials like paper bags (packaging) as an

alternative to plastics.

CLAUSE ON PROCESS FOR SUGGESTING SITUATIONS

Concerns, problems, and suggestions are bound to be raised to the office

managers immediately to avoid conflicts and further problems—be it to co-

workers or customers. The Rêveuse Store commits itself to ensure that all

problems and concerns are addressed.

For further revision of the code, however, must undergo to thorough

process before the implementation. First, develop a new code by engaging and

communicating with the store employee and include them in the process.

Furthermore, the store staff and employees must conduct a formal meeting

together with the store manager to discuss the proposed revision of the business'

145
code of ethics. Finally, the manager/owner's approval to set a new goal and

principle.

CLAUSE ON WHISTLE-BLOWING PROCEDURES

In a company, there are loyal employees that give their trust to the company.

Whistle-blowers are loyal employee who report any kind of information or

inappropriate incident happening in the company. Because of this, if this

employee caught his/her co-worker doing an inappropriate behavior that might

affect the image of the company, he/she will tell it to the management right away.

Since there is a possibility that the whistle-blower and the violator will have a

misunderstanding between each other, the manager will protect the employee by

simply not telling anyone about the issue he/she received. The manager will have

an investigation regarding the violation committed. Then, he/she will decide the

corresponding punishment that the violator will face. Because of this, the whistle-

blowers will not be afraid, to tell the truth, if ever they caught someone doing

such actions.

For example, if there is a scenario that one of our loyal employees caught

his/her co-worker stealing in the premises of the company he/she would tell this

scenario to the management and with the help of the whistle-blower or the loyal

employee the management ensure the protection that no one should know about

the information of what the whistle-blower has been said. How should we protect

the whistle blower or the loyal employee? We can protect him/her by not telling

146
that he/she is the one who told the management about the scenario or the inside

job. How should we tell this to the employee that has been caught stealing? We

will talk to this employee that has been caught stealing and we will tell him/her

that we were the one who caught him/her at that time or on that day by looking or

playing back at the CCTV footage. So the employee that has been caught stealing

will not know that someone told the management that he/she has been caught in

action. If we told the employee that someone told the management about the

scenario the whistle-blower or the loyal employee will not trust the management

anymore and will not tell any kind of information or any kind of incident

happening inside the company. That is how we protect a whistle-blower.

CLAUSE ON OTHER RESOURCES, VENUES, AND CHANNELS

AVAILABLE FOR REPORTING VIOLATIONS TO THE CODE.

If the employee has any concerns regarding a certain violation that his/her

co-worker committed, the employee must consult and tell it to the manager right

away. The manager will be the one who will decide about the violation

committed and the corresponding punishment to the employee depending on how

minor or major his/her offense is. The manager will also investigate first before

making an action. If the employee being reported is pleaded guilty, he/she will be

facing the corresponding disciplinary action. The decision of punishments are

done and will always be done by the manager.
