RE: Proposal to provide Environmental Consultancy for EIA
Dear Sir,
It is my pleasure to submit this Proposal to Provide Environmental Consultancy Services
for Environmental Impact Assessment Report for The Automatic Rice Mill and Oil
Bran Mill project of Bangladesh Edible Oil Ltd.
Consultant’s unique qualifications for this project include:
• Substantial experience in working with several National and Privet projects.
• Having a deep understanding of the requirements of the projects.
• Having extensive experience conducting environmental studies and preparing
reports in all areas which are relevant to the projects reviewed under this
contract.
Project Include:
1. A comprehensive Environmental Impact Assessment Report
2. One/Two Field Visit for the Assessment.
Costing of the Project:
1. BDT= 5,000/- for Field Visit.
2. BDT= 5,000/- for Ambient Air Quality Monitoring
3. BDT= 5,000/- for Ambient Noise Level Monitoring
4. BDT= 35,000/- for The EIA Report
Grand Total of BDT= 50,000/- Only.
Payment Method:
1. 25% Advance of Grand Total (BDT= 12,500/-) during approval of the agreement.
2. 50% of Grand Total (BDT= 25,000/-) after Submission of the Final Draft Copy.
3. 25% of Grand Total (BDT= 12,500/-) after Submission of the Final Report.
4. All amounts are excluding VAT & Taxes.
