2) For the chosen business, achieving sales targets leads to commissions and recognition, while multi-tasking helps employees learn new skills.

The Theory that been used in this business is HERBERG’S MOTIVATION –
HYGIENCE THEORY (TWO FACTOR THEORY) Company varies into two factors: leading to dissatisfaction and leading satisfaction. Leading to dissatisfaction because sometimes strong competition with peers is one of the reason in leading of misunderstanding. Peers are eager to have sale to reached the target in additional to his salary. Another dissatisfaction is supervision, and company policy as well. You cannot focus on your job if there is a manager that always behind you to watch your performance. It will distract your focus. Relationship with the boss is the difficult challenge of workers also. Just like in this company, as I observed while i roam around in their shop. Their boss has a bossy attitude. But they have to deal with his behavior because he is still their boss. Another factor is the leading to satisfaction: In this company they measure the performance through sales the achievement in order to get a reward or commission. And that will lead to satisfaction. Company will just recognize their effort if they achieved the target. But on the other hand, they learn more knowledge and skills. Since there are 3 staffs in the shop, they have to perform multi-tasking responsibilities. Like for the cashier become bookkeeper, sales staff. And the collector become sales staff, etc. Same thing with the manager as well. They have the advancement if they will apply in another company. Because I Do believe that Experienced Makes the person more knowledgeable.
