How does cognitive processes affect students'
learning?

Cognitive learning is all about an approach that is

used frequently in a classroom. This kind of technique
was described on how students would learn by reflecting
on the materials, instead of memorizing the lesson. This
would help students become better learners in the
learning process.
Cognitive process really affects the students
learning. This situation is like how we share our ideas in
the classroom. We cannot deny the fact that we use our
past knowledge and experiences to use in the present
situation or to solve a problem. For instance, we want to
put the thread to the needle’s hole. We remembered that
before, we use scissor and cut the tip of the thread in
order to easily put the thread into the needle’s hole. By
remembering this, we reflect to our past experiences to
solve a particular problem. This makes sense on how
Cognitive processes gives a great impact to the student’s
learning.
How students reflect to their past learnings,
experiences, and knowledge would help them to have
confidence in solving a situation. Cognitive Process is
frequently used by the teachers nowadays to make
students learn the lesson in an effective and enjoy way of
learning. Cognitive process help student to become better
and confident learners.
