DANCE
Dance is significant to every one’s lives. Nonetheless, we used it almost every
day. It also refers to the usage of gestures in order to communicate with other people.
Furthermore, it was used to express what an individual feel. This always includes
movements. Sometimes we do not expect that even in a simple gesture that we did,
we performed a dance. For instance, you waved upward to a friend, and he/she waved
back, this is considered as a dance considering both of you communicate to one
another in which the gesture means that you are saying a goodbye to him/her.
There are many purposes of a dance. To enumerate with, these are;
Ceremonial dance which is performed especially in important events, but usually it
was used in rituals, after that is the recreational dance, which is performed to have fun
like performing Zumba, lastly, the Artistic dance which is performed by a ballet, jazz
and etc., this type of dance is usually prefer to express one’s feelings, the way how
gentle they move affect and gives impact to the viewers. How movement is done,
feelings of a particular person can be seen, whether he/she is happy, sad or lonely.
Dancing is not just expressing feelings or performing movements, rather, it also
essential in terms of health. The way we move our body and the way we express our
feelings would improve a lot in our physical and emotional health. By our movements,
we are exercising our bodies that leads to become a physically fit person. Afterwards,
expressing one’s feeling through movements also improve emotional health for the
reason that, expressing what we feel would relieve what particular feelings we are
experiencing at that time. Dancing has many advantages in every one’s life. Hence,
many people used this almost in their everyday lives to enhance their well-being.
