“Importance of Dance”
Dance is a sequence of rhythmic movements and steps usually
performed to music for pleasure or as a form of social interaction. Dance
became my passion from an early age, also dancing can make me feel happy
and relaxed. It teaches us the significance of movement and fitness in a
variety of ways through a selection of disciplines.
Most of the time dance is considered art since many artists create
choreography so that dancers would perform the piece in front of the
audience and make it look nice and more appealing. And also, it helps us
learn to coordinate muscles to move through proper positions. Moreover, it
is a great activity to pursue at almost any age. Dance builds self-confidence
and independence and can motivate and inspired, and that’s not only also
we can get more benefits from dancing. Dance relies on fluidity and
improvisational movement to evoke a range of feelings in the viewer.
Dancing helps keep you physically fit and healthy. In addition, dancing
encourages good posture, body awareness and control. Likewise, in dance,
these are multiple techniques one need to in order to execute specific steps
correctly.
It is what unifies us and helps us come together to celebrate joy and
express our feelings. Therefore, we must all dance without worrying if we are
doing it right or not. Dance is all about expressing your emotions by using
your body, having fun, gaining strength in our muscles and developing a
balance not only for dance purposes but for our inner self. I learned that
dance is more complex than I believe.
