The Industry

Eating out is a growing trend, since people are increasingly pressed for time and enjoy this convenience.

Dining in are popular nowadays. Choosing healthy drinks and food is a concern, but studies have shown

that people are ambivalent about it. The menu will address this by preparing favorites in such a way that

people will love it as it’s healthy and nutritious.

Objectives, Goals, and Strategies

The Tea N Smoothie will offer a fresh point of view on Main Street. The menu will be healthy and

nutritious food and drinks, the service will be good, and the food will be the best. The restrooms will be

clean.

There are three influential key success factors and activities that will contribute to the accomplishment

of Moose Mountain Cafe's goals. These factors include: our ability to select the best location(s), keeping

variable and overhead expenses as low as possible, and building high market visibility through brand

building and advertising.

With respect to the business transaction, Tea N Smoothies will deliberately choose to be distinctive and

unique in its customer experience.

The Tea N Smoothies will present an image of wholesome, healthy food in an attractive and clean

atmosphere. The floors will be white tile, the curtains and tablecloths will be purple and white check,

and work by local artists will hang on the walls. The sign will be large enough to be read from the street,

and will be designed to promote the Tea’s and smoothie image. Comment cards will be at each table

and will be collected at the register. Suggestions for new or improved meals will be sought, as well as

feedback on service and the dining experience.

Target Market, Competition, and Market Strategy:

The topic area was chosen by Tea N Smoothies because of the busy place and near of PHINMA -

Cagayan de Oro College. Tea N Smoothie was created with the intention of serving the students,
employees and families that worked in the area. Although there is competition around us, our marketing

study reveals that Tea N Smoothie will be superior to those given because of extremely low pricing

viands for the masses and an emphasis on delightful exquisite foods that everyone will like. We assume

Tea N Smoothie will have the image of what you expect. In our first opening we will give you special

offer in the following ways: Free tea/smoothie drinks, food dessert that only lasts in 3 days and Eat all

you can (dine in).

Competitive Analysis

People must really like and crave Tea N Smoothies in order to successfully run. The approach for
publicizing this business is to post the brand-new restaurant online, offer discounts for important
occasions, create a placard and poster, and entice people to come in and dine. People currently use
social media and the internet to discover new destinations to visit. By creating a web page, website, and
Facebook page where people can make reservations and view what the restaurant has to offer, clients
will have simple access to information.

Apart from offering discounts, one of the smart ways to pique people's attention is to offer "a
BIG DISCOUNTS" every weekend. People prefer to eat a lot on special events such as birthdays,
christenings, and company after-parties, among others. As a result, this shop may become
overcrowded.
