Executive Summary

The Delicious Pancream product is made up of pancake with eight different flavors of

fruits like apple, grapes, strawberry, orange, banana, mango, pineapple, and avocado. We will

also put three flavors of ice cream and other toppings to make our pancake more attractive,

delicious, and colorful for our customer. Pancream is a simple shop of pancakes with different

flavor of fruits and different toppings on it. A person that loves to eat pancake at the same time

loves to eat ice-cream will surely like it because it is not just a simple pancake that we usually

see. We created it in different kind so that it will be unique and can catch the attention of the one

who will see it.

Our business aims to bring happiness, satisfaction, and memorable experience to our

future customers while eating our delicious products and also we want them to have a great

tasting food at reasonable prices in a clean, friendly, and convenient environment. It is also a

budget-friendly business that will allow our customers to taste and enjoy our product with its

affordable price and also to provide a good service to our customers.

The business will succeed in the near future because everything is possible when both

manager and employees create it with teamwork, diligence, and determination. We have great

people whose working with us and that is what we call teamwork. Everyone is full of

determination to succeed, our main goal is to maintain the unity in everything that we will do.

Our business has a great mission and vision that will lead us to our success. Of course, managing

finances of our business is the most important thing; we will be successful if we manage our

finances wisely and accordingly.

When it comes to food, people nowadays, especially teenagers, are always looking for

something new. All will be able to try something fresh and exceptional thanks to delicious

Pancream. This business is a product of the creative mind of people who are mainly involved in

fulfilling this business. From different ideas suggested we come up with this amazing product.

Furthermore, our business is not limited to teenagers because everyone, young or old, girl or boy,

can partake. Pancream is a dessert that comprises of pancakes with ice cream on top. Delicious

Pancream is a simple and creative resto that everyone can enjoy that is located in Emilio

Aguinaldo Highway, Brgy. San Jose, Tagaytay City, Olivarez Plaza, near the McDonald’s Fast

food Restaurant.

The key items for sale will be pancakes in various flavors, served with ice on top of your

choice of flavor. Aside from various types of pancream, the resto also offers different beverages

such as shakes and juices. The majority of these things will be consumed on the site. Customers

visiting the food court can find plenty of indoor seating at Delicious Pancream. Strict cost-

control steps would be applied in order to earn a fair return on investment and the opportunity to

repay debt. Proper and cautious buying practices, maximization of product delivery by strict

adherence to weights, numbers, and recipes (portion control), good staff utilization, and the

relentless quest for ways to minimize the cost of sales of our goods without compromising

quality of service will all be part of these steps. We believe that in order for a company to be

successful, the consumer must return to buy the product again and again. Consistency of both the

product and the service is one way to ensure the business’ success.

We provide a delicious, colorful, all-inclusive, and affordable pancakes. Delicious Pancream can

be considered as luxury because of the look that only those who see it can think and say that the

Pancream is delicious. Add more ice cream on top that everyone who tastes will love it. Our

pancream may be similar to pancakes made in other countries where pancake food has syrup and

sometimes has ice cream on top. But here in the Philippines, fruit flavored pancakes with syrup

and ice cream are rarely seen. Our product will taste delicious pancakes with a variety flavors of

fruits and a variety flavors of ice cream. Also, we will serve shakes and juices. Delicious

Pancream will be served to every customer with a smile on the lips that cheers and excites every

person who eats it.

Our product is leveled up delicious pancakes with ice cream that is why it is named

Delicious Pancream. Because of the delicious taste of pancake, variety flavors of fruits and

different colors that can also be seen in our pancream, our team decided to make our tagline

called " A colorful and delicious pancake with ice cream on top ". Some people will think that

our pancream is a highly-priced due to the fancy look but we will make sure that Delicious

Pancream will provide delicious and affordable that everyone can enjoy with a price of 35 pesos

per serve. The delivery of our product to our customers depends on the distance of the place. It

will cost 15 to 50 pesos. For example, delivery from Tagaytay to Silang will cost 30 pesos. We

don't have suppliers because we bought our ingredients in markets and buy it in affordable price

and at the same time our ingredients like fruits was good and fresh.

Marketing Plan

The objectives of our business are to assure the satisfaction of our costumer, make

our costumer feel good when tasting our pan cream, we want to lose their stress, while eating our

product, we make our product healthy where all ages can eat it especially the costumers who

don’t want to eat unhealthy foods. Our costumer can buy our product by website. The costumer

can find our store in Emilio Aguinaldo Highway, Brgy. San Jose, Tagaytay City, Olivarez Plaza,

Near at McDonald’s Fast-Food Restaurant. And we have a Social Media Account for more

details.

Our business pricing strategy will be given affordable price for the consumers that

can be afforded by the target customers/group. The price of our goods can be afforded by

children, adults, and the elderly. Our marketing strategy is to reach customers will be to build a

Facebook page for our product, so that they can get an idea of what we do. We want to be a

welcoming business where customers can order and wait for their delicious pancakes in a

peaceful and beautiful environment. We’ll play music inside our small restaurant to keep them

entertained while they waiting. Customer can also take out if they want. If they are regular or

they buy many of our product we will give them a discount. On holidays we have a promo or

freebies if our business will grow

Our company has a Facebook page where we display our products and advertising.

We have total budget of 5,000 pesos that we will use. Since we will do our ads on Facebook, we

will not need to spend another budget on it, this budget will just concentrate on the ingredients.

Our company’s goal is to develop a new flavor for our product over the next six months or year

in order to attract, our loyal costumer, we’ll launch new beverages like shakes and juices as a

new product to increase our popularity rate and to increase our customers too. To achieve this

goal, we will prioritize the delicious taste of our pan cream and provide special service to our

customers so that they feel special in our restaurant. And present a different advertising to gain

more customer. To track our progress, we can monitor how many followers and like our page, as

well as all of our earnings and expenses for each day.
