in order to assure safety, I recommend

On December 27, 2019, The source of
the fire incident, according to a BFP
representative, was an electrical fire
caused by the overheating of one of the
light ballasts from a game booth on Star
City's ground floor. A fluorescent lamp's
ballast is highly susceptible to power
surges, and even a brief surge can
cause the ballast to fail. That is why, I
suggest to add surge control device to
avoid overheating the light ballast.
Surge-control devices can be installed
between the lighting fixture while the
electrical line can assist to prevent or
stop this problem from happening again.
