CAS Student Consent Form

● I will thoroughly familiarize myself with the school’s handbook and given timeline

● I will meet with the CAS coordinator according to the given timeline, at least once every
two weeks over the duration of the CAS programme.

● I will set personal goals for what I look forward to achieve through CAS programme

● I will take part in a range of activities, including at least one service project, some of
which I would have initiated myself.

● I will use CAS stages as much as possible when considering, planning and
understanding my CAS experiences.

● I will keep a record of my activities and achievements, including a list of the principal
activities undertaken

● I will keep my involvement in CAS at least for 18 months during the IB diploma
programme, ideally for 3 hours per week with a balance between creativity, activity and
service.

I agree to the terms and condition of CAS and know my responsibilities. I will be punctual during
the programme and do my very best at all times. I will present the CAS journal to the
supervisors once a week for signing. I will respect all the deadlines given by the CAS
Coordinator.
