Chapter 1:

1. What was Robinson Crusoe's father concerned about regarding Robinson's future? What
prophetic warning did Robinson Crusoe's father give to his son?
 His quality of life (in terms of wealth and easiness of work) He tells Crusoe that God
will not bless him if he takes this ''foolish'' step.
2. How did Robinson Crusoe receive his father's advice? What did he do? Did he ever regret his
actions? What caused his sober thoughts to cease?
 He resolved to follow it, but eventually was too strongly tempted by life at sea and
ran away, yes, when he was in the boat and he watched the sun set.

Chapter 2:

 He thanked God, Fear of wild animals.

with grass. He found it to be more Woody and inland and he found different fruits
such as melons Citrus and grapes.

 By letting them dry in the Sun and become raisins.

 Bower and surrounded it with a double fence.

 Into the rainy and dry seasons.

Chapter 7:

 An abundance of parrots hares goats pigeons Turtles and many kinds of fowls.

 In Thanksgiving for God's mercy and blessings even in a solitude.

 By changing his priorities. He recognized happiness in his new relationship with God
and began reading his Bible three times a day

 Into time for Bible reading, hunting, taking care of what he had hunted, resting
when the sun was hot, and working usually at various projects.

Chapter 10:

 That there were cannibals on the island.

 He didn't believe God could save him from the footprint, reading the bible.

 He went down to the shore to measure his foot against the print. He discovered that
the footprint was much larger then his own foot.

 Worrying is worse than the cause of the worry.

 He found the tribe and they gave him Friday and he was able to have a companion.

Chapter 11:

 Friday and another native had been brought to the island by savages to be executed.

 Friday was a good servant. He was handsom, had strong limbs, was tall and well
shaped, and was about 26 years old. He had a good, manly countenance; long black
hair; tawny skin; a round, plump face; a small nose; thin lips; and fine, white, well-
set teeth.

 Friday got his name from Crusoe, who saved his life on a Friday.
4. By his experience with Friday, what does Crusoe learn about the nature of God and the
nature of man?
 By his experiences with Friday, Crusoe learned that all men have the same feeling,
thoughts, and the capacity for doing good. He also realized that God is infinitely holy
and just.

 Crusoe greatly delighted in Friday. He taught Friday to be a useful servant and to
speak the English language.

 Friday was a good, cheerful servant and a hard worker. Crusoe was a diligent and
loving master.

Chapter 12:

 Friday believed in a pagan religion. He was very receptive to Christianity.

 It was very difficult for Crusoe to explain about the devil to Friday.

 The simplicity of salvation is shown here by the way Crusoe explains the gospel to
Friday.

 Crusoe benefited spiritually because of Friday by having to study and search the

Chapter 13:

Friday think the men were planning to do?
 When Crusoe and Friday spied the English ship, three prisoners were being taken off
the ship. There were eleven men in all. Friday thought the men were going to eat
the prisoners.

 After investigating, Crusoe learned that the crew had turned on the captain of the
ship and had bound him, a mate, and a passenger.

 The two conditions Crusoe imposed upon the prisoners ere that while they were on
the island they would have to be governed entirely by him and that he and Friday be
carried passage-free back to England
