communicated, listen, make decisions, show trust in your employee, set a good example.

3. Managers might want to change their behaviors they engage in to set an example for others as

motivate employees to innovate and create change that will help grow and shape the future
success of the company.

leadership styles.

best job in explaining his leadership style?

you can only do a few things that rise to the level of “great.” You
have to find the intersection of doing something you’re
passionate about.
3. Given what you’ve learned about Cook’s leadership style, would
you want to work for Apple? Why or why not?

tell you what the few things are to becoming great.

4. Do you think there is a relationship between Cook’s leadership

approach and Apple’s success? Explain.
- Apples success depended on Cook’s leadership, if Cook had
no leadership or policy or any type of good work ethic then
Apple would not have been a success.

5. What personal characteristics do you think makes Cook an

effective leader?
- Cook is an effective leader because he was able to take
matters into his own hands if it ever came to that which it
did because he stood up to the FBI, admitted when he was
wrong.
