Clarity and Consistency

If you are a manager, and your goal is to

build strong and lasting relationships with
your employees, there are two
characteristics you should embody:
Clarity and consistency
CLARITY AND CONSISTENCY
 “Don’tpick a job. Pick a Boss. Your first
boss is the biggest factor in your career
success. A boss who doesn’t trust you
won’t give you opportunities to grow.”
William Raduchel
 Better to have a GOOD BOSS in a bad
company, rather than a BAD BOSS in a
good company!
CLARITY AND CONSISTENCY
 A bad manager can take a good staff and
destroy it, causing the best employees to flee
and the remainder to lose all motivation.
 Employees don’t leave Companies, they
leave Managers.

 “Having an environment where people can

take advantage of their full potential and
become recognized as experts is a huge
motivator.” Denis Robitaille
CLARITY AND CONSISTENCY
 Don’t just QUIT your JOB the moment
someone offers you a better SALARY.
Research your new BOSS, the PEOPLE and
the CULTURE. No amount of money can
compensate for a toxic work culture. The truth
is, the grass is not always greener on the
other side. I learned this the hard way. If an
organization has a high turnover rate, or there
are always vacancies for the same position.
Beware.- Brigette Hyacinth-
CLARITY AND CONSISTENCY

“People don’t quit companies.

They quit toxic work cultures.”
