RESOLUTION
THE AGREEMENT ON RECONCILIATION, NON-AGGRESSION, EXCHANGE AND
COOPERATION PLEDGING NON-AGGRESSION AND CULTURAL AND ECONOMIC
EXCHANGES

WHEREAS, we acknowledge the rights of said parties to achieve a transformative peace -


governing agreed terms of reconciliation and withdrawal of misconstrued actions.

WHEREAS, we recognize the need for an effective bilateral dialogue of both parties
implying continued cooperation across issues on ethnic cleansing, exploitation, colonization
and military occupation.

WHEREAS, we emphasize the urgency to promote diplomacy and respect for human rights
as well as demonstrating cultural and economic exchanges.

WHEREAS, we have forecasted the significant role of cooperation to promote peace not just
in the scope of involved parties, but also in contributing to the maintenance of global peace.

The United Nations Security Council

WHEREAS, Section 1 under Article 1 of Chapter 1 of the UN Charter states that “To maintain
international peace and security, and to that end: to take effective collective measures for the prevention
and removal of threats to the peace, and for the suppression of acts of aggression or other breaches of the
peace, and to bring about by peaceful means, and in conformity with the principles of justice and
international law, adjustment or settlement of international disputes or situations which might lead to a
breach of the peace”.

WHEREAS, Section 3 under Article 1 of the ter 1 of the UN Charter states that “ To achieve international
co-operation in solving international problems of an economic, social, cultural, or humanitarian
character, and in promoting and encouraging respect for human rights and for fundamental freedoms for
all without distinction as to race, sex, language, or religion”.

ARTICLE II – JURISDICTIONS

Section 1. Calls on all parties to allow full, safe, and unhindered access for the United Nations, its
specialized agencies and implementing partners, and all humanitarian actors engaged in humanitarian
relief activity

Section 2. UN Security Council should called on all donors and international humanitarian actors to
provide humanitarian assistance to Afghanistan and major Afghan refugee-hosting countries
 
Section 3. Reaffirm strong commitment to the sovereignty, independence, territorial integrity, and
national unity of Afghanistan.

Section 4. The UN Security Council should ensure the safety and stability of all Afghan and international
citizens for the sole purpose of peace and security
ARTICLE III – ADMISSION AND PROVISION

Section 1.  Retainment of NATO Civilian Personnel. Around 800 North Atlantic Treaty Organization
(NATO) civilian personnel will remain in Afghanistan to guarantee the security of departure for Afghan
citizens in their current state and agenda, despite the extremely tough circumstances. The airport will be
secured and guarded by the United States and the United Kingdom.

Section 2. Coordination of Air Assets to complete evacuations. Send additional aircraft mandated by
NATO allies, specifically France, Germany, Italy, Spain, the Netherlands, Belgium, and Luxembourg air
forces to participate in the safe evacuation mission. These allies shall coordinate air mobility efforts
through the European Air Transport Command (EATC). 

Section 3. Repatriation of Afghan evacuees. NATO aims to maintain a diplomatic presence whereas our
Senior Civilian Representative, Ambassador Pontecorvo, and his team shall work closely with Allies and
the rest of the international community to coordinate and facilitate the evacuation in terms of providing
housing, care, and support. Acknowledge processes of resettlement in allied countries especially the
United States  

ARTICLE IV– DURATION AND APPLICABILITY


Section 1`. The Multilateral agreement for humanitarian assistance in Afghanistan shall be effective for
10 years. This is to safeguard Afghan civilians' safety and stability. If NATO allies should claim to
conspire, be terrorist supporters, host, then the agreement will be terminated. 

Section 2. If any participating countries are found guilty of any transgression in opposition to the entirety
of peace and safety in the region or caught hosting any terrorist group shall be put through the removal
and restriction from joining the multifarious agreement again
