Pancasila Industrial Relations

Pancasila Industrial Relations are industrial relations based on values which are a manifestation of the
overall Pancasila precepts and the 1945 Constitution, and which grow and develop on the personality of
the nation and Indonesian national culture.

 Initiated during the New Order era
 Purpose:
1. Macro: participate in realizing a just and prosperous society (National goal)
2. Micro: creating calm, tranquility, order, enthusiasm for work, as well as peace of mind,
increasing productivity, and increasing the welfare of workers and their degrees in accordance
with human dignity.

Principles of Pancasila Industrial Relations


1. The principle of kinship and mutual cooperation
2. The principle of deliberation for consensus
The embodiment of these two principles, Pancasila industrial relations is based on three
principles:
1. The principle of cooperation in production
2. The principle of cooperation in enjoying the company's results
3. The principle of cooperation in responsibility

The characteristics of Pancasila industrial relations


1. The Precepts of Ke-Tuhanan Yang Maha Esa  Not only just looking for material things, but
devotion to God, fellow human beings, nation and state.
2. The Precepts of Kemanusiaan  Workers are not just factors of production but as individual
human beings with all their dignity and worth.
3. The Precepts of Persatuan Indonesia  Workers and employers have the same interest, namely
the progress of the company.
4. The Precepts of Kerakyatan  Differences are resolved by way of deliberation for consensus
5. The Precepts of Keadilan Sosial  In enjoying the company's results, are shared as a family,
fairly and equitably according to their respective sacrifices.
