Edward, a spirtual scholar from New Zealand had contributed his web site home page to our beloved Peruman:

http://soonyata.home.xs4all.nl/

Edward and Litsa from New Zealand had visited almost all holy places of the world including Vadalur,he says only in
Siddhivalagam he was able to fell and dwell into the whole body vibration where as in other places only certain parts of
body. Please find more of his description about physical body transformation.

Edward "Why do I not belief this is the case (dematerialized and rematerialised somewhere else in solitude) is because
of the incredible energy around the room where he attained the state of Gnana deham. The vibration and power is
unlike anything I have ever experienced and keep in mind I have been visiting many jeeva samadhi's and saints over
the past years to compare. This is also one of the main reasons why I do not belief that the nayanmars came even
close to this state as the places where they supposedly dissolved into light have no energy whatsoever and the pictures
indicate that they were burned alive instead of dissolved as light otherwise known as Spontaneous Human Combustion
- SHC. The exception being Manickavasagar, but he was officially no nayanmar.
So instead of looking into history for his teachings it would be more beneficial to look at how he did it himself and what
methods he used. As you will find out below it was not mere compassion and vegetarianism that did the trick. In
Vallalar's words:

"One should ask, “Do I accept death and aging?” If you do not accept this, then do something about it and follow my
example."

"A fully enlightened person (a jivan mukti) who also liberates the body into light.

Now there are 3 levels of the Rainbow body:

A) Rainbow body

B) Rainbow body of light

C) Rainbow body of great transference

A) The most common level is the normal Rainbow body that occurs only after body death. Every 10 years or so a
Buddhist from Tibet enters into this state. There are no physical signs indicating the start of the process before death
and once physical death occurs it takes on average 7 days for the body to shrink and dissolve into light and most of the
time a small child size body remains behind and in more advanced yogi's only hair and nails.

Chokgyur Lingpa rainbow body (Only a small body of around 5 cm remained)

B) The more advanced level is also called the Rainbow body, but for due purposes lets call it the Rainbow body of light
as in this level all the signs are showing up while the yogi is still alive. The process of dissolving into light might go
really fast but in most cases it takes month to years to complete, all while remaining fully functional. It is also possible
that the yogi who is in the middle of this process slows it down or is unable to continue the process and dies before the
completion of the Rainbow body. This has been the case with most of the famous siddhars. If the process is continued
the body will start to shrink and shine real light over time until it reaches the size of a baby and then as a flash of bright
rainbow light will disappear into emptiness forever.

Chaitanya Mahaprabhu (did not complete the process but was well on its way)

C) The most advanced and extremely rare level is the attainment of the Rainbow body of great transference. In this
level the yogi not only dissolves the body completely into light but remains functional and visible as light (author infers
that Only Swami Ramalinam had achieved this state).

For clarification, these 3 states have nothing to do with Spontaneous Human Combustion SHC and some have made
the mistake of believing some saints to have attained the Rainbow body state while in fact it was a SHC case, such as
Sambandar, Appar and Sundarar.

So lets go a little deeper into the history and background of the phenomena called the Rainbow body.

The ultimate Great accomplishment in meditation is the attainment of the Rainbow body. This is widely recognized as a
sign of extreme sanctity in Tibetan Buddhism and among the Bönpo. Reports of this level of transmutation are rare, but
still they occur and have been chronicled far into antiquity. The rainbow body however is not limited to Buddhism only
as you will see in the pictures below but to understand the process we will turn to the well documented and delineated
practice of Dzogchen in Tibet and reflect this practice to the stories of Vallalar from south India who went through the
same process.

In the Himalayan regions, the early indigenous religion was that of the Bön. Bön pre-existed the creation of both the
sovereign territories, later to become the country of Tibet as well as of Buddhism. When the great Indian tantric sage
Padmasambhava (look at drawing above) brought Buddhism from India to Tibet in the 8th Century AD he found the
richly tilled ground of the Bönpo. This land and its peoples took easily to the Buddha’s teachings and the Buddhist
beliefs melded well with the rituals of the Bön.

When Padmasambhava left at the end of his time in physical form he dissolved his body completely back to their
natural elements leaving nothing behind. At that moment a new lineage of Buddhist teachings was created. This was
the start of what has become the Nyingma tradition and is the foundation of Tibetan Buddhism as we have come to
know it. At the heart of the Nyingma tradition is the practice of Dzogchen otherwise called AtiinYoga or the Great

Perfection.

According to Tibetan Buddhism and Bön, Dzogchen is the natural, primordial state or natural condition of a human
being and the practice of Dzogchen is a body of teachings and meditations aimed at realizing that condition. According
to Dzogchen literature, Dzogchen is the highest and most definitive path to enlightenment.

From the perspective of Dzogchen, the ultimate nature of all sentient beings is said to be pure, all-encompassing,
primordial clarity or naturally occurring timeless clarity. This intrinsic clarity has no form of its own and yet is capable of
perceiving, experiencing, reflecting, or expressing all form. It does so without being affected by those forms in any
ultimate, permanent way. The analogy given by Dzogchen masters is that one's nature is like a mirror which reflects
with complete openness but is not affected by the reflections, or like a crystal ball that takes on the color of the material
on which it is placed without itself being changed. The knowledge that ensues from recognizing this mirror-like clarity
(which cannot be found by searching nor identified) is what Dzogchenpas refer to as rigpa. The most direct way to
realizing this state are the practices of Trekchö - an advanced practice in Dzogchen.

Trekchö practice is a releasing or a cutting through of all one’s tensions and rigidities, all obscurations must be purified.
This accomplished through mastering the art of contemplation and visualization. It is mastering meditation in the state
of Union. It is a prerequisite for practicing the Tögal practice. For a novice understanding it is a practice of witnessing
ones karma and forgiving and dissolving it to the point it holds no power of cause. The physical body can be calmed to
a death like state of samadhi. One then is able to consciously contemplate while in a deep state of union.

Excerpts from Edward's web site on Vallalar's work, "We all come from the same Light source (Arut Perum
Jothi, also called clear light). During the process of creation through the elements the physical body is formed. It
is possible for us to reverse the process and make this physical body pure light, here and now, in this plane. We
come from the source so we can be the source.

When we express Love, Compassion, and Bliss we are all connected. We are One because those qualities are the
qualities of all souls and also the qualities of the Absolute Eternal Grace Light.
There is only one God which is the Absolute Eternal Light, no other form should be worshipped.
There are no castes, no differences of sex...we are all equal.
One should treat all life as he would treat his own life.
One should not believe in scripture but gain his own understanding and knowledge.
All religions, philosophies, and organizations are false, they are only hiding the truth.

One should ask, “Do I accept death and aging?” If you do not accept this, then do something about it and follow my
example."

Dear Ram - its quite certain that , so long you dont unlock the secrets- truths - principles and mysteries behind
what "ThiruGnana Sambandar" and " Manicka Vasakar " mean in real terms , you cant map the process to triple
deathless bodies and even achievement of them

Dear Brother Venkatesh,

In 1872, Charles Darwin first published "The Expression of the Emotions in Man and Animals," which
established that emotions serve an important evolutionary purpose. In order for a species to evolve, it needs to
survive and improve on its genetic information , so instead of kicking of fright and flight and release adrenalin/nor
epinephrine, we need to release GABA & Serotonin that’s is possible when we kick of reward system and peace/love,
why I am trying to stress the message of evolution is , our aimed physical transformation is evolutionary and it is
possible through mere kind-heartedness to advance to change our DNA having said that , we have to cross, stops of
Sambandhar and Vasagar first, I agree totally on it, thiruadi practice and chirsabhai focus will help this journey of
physical transformation but it seems to have multitude facades, in one plane , it may delude us that we are far away
from it due to lack of the following traits (but you and few others are far ahead):

1. 100% True compassion to all creatures on Earth

2. sleep and stress/fear reduction

3. Truth speaking in day to day life

4. Kindness showering to co-workers , friends, neighbors, bloggers and family members

5. Supervision of ego on day to day activity

6. Kind celibacy

7. Food intake administration

8. Understanding that every event is because of Thiru Grace

9. Empathetic of Love of Nature Truth towards us and every one

10. Incapable to hear all 10 sounds and vision Truth Light

On one horizon Thiru Grace is waiting for every moment to help and nurture us to reach higher potential, so in other
portico , simple compassion (by feeling the pain , sorrows and dis comfort of others) and True Love towards Nature
God, we/thiru Grace can increase the proximity infinitely.
If we take one step towards Nature Truth, it is making countless step towards us to be a better individual, I try simple
techniques of the below to nurture myself , still I feel a layer of blockade /maya screen in moving closer to Nature Truth.
1. realize meaning of maha mantra at body, mind and life level
2. focus on eye brow center and spread compassion message to every one

3. feel thriu adi of peruman on sahasraram

4. dwell into the prevailing grace energy field and feel bodiless state

5. resonate with boundful and boundless frequency and

6. listen to dhasa nathangal

7. vision of Light Truth

9. maintain soorya kalai consciously or be aware of it once Divine intervention happens

10. eminence of fragrance from body

I have interacted with individuals (Durai Ayya, Subramaniam, Vel, Arumugam, Nandhi Saravanan, Shanmugam and
Deena ) who are in higher plane like you, everyone is trying to get closer to Truth although I do observe and felt
different states of mind on this simple practices still need guidance on removing blocade layer to enjoy the very Nature
Truth, all the experiences and higher planes itself can be delusional and can be felt in a moment by Grace once we turn
out be a good individual with values.

It’s right time that one among us is going to get Deathless Life in next few decades, but in this journey if we can share
experience and progress with like-minded San Margis it itself will be highly rewarded by Grace field (sharing
experience pattern is better than annadhanam in this ground), it will help us not to boost once own ego and we have
lots of individualities in common and few differing but we have to work together on periodic conference call on this
matter to find the pattern and solve the puzzle. We know it’s just two steps dhayavu and anbu but to build that
physiognomies we need lots of Scientific Enquiries , mere Truth, is here and now and maya is preventing us. Our own
brain is constantly generating different kind of emotions for the same event , where we need to be kindful, we may not ,
when the situation pops up, where as in other event , we might be helpful, but will not be able to feel the pain/ache of
others, it’s all cognition or brain event firing in different order (stored by lessons we learned in past) is keeping us truly
not 100% compassion, we can break it by constant practice as said by you or by the way we look at thing with
sympathetic/cariing eyes.
