Description
The Hydramist® 18AMPU featuring automatic and manual operation
comprises of one 18 litres/min high pressure, high specification pump
with electrically driven three phase motor. A self monitoring flow sensor
arrangement provides automatic operation – a power healthy lamp is
also contained within the stainless steel cabinet.
The unit offers a stand alone solution only requiring connection to
3 phase electrical power and potable water. The unit is
designed to be wall mounted.
The capacity of a 18AMPU system can be increased from 18 to 72
litres per minute maximum by adding up to 3 x 18 litre/min AMPU
Secondary pumps to the Main unit. 18AMPU Main and Secondary
units will start together on detection of flow and will run continuously
until manually turned off.
The Hydramist® 18AMPU has been designed to provide fast and
effective automatic response to fires in a wide range of applications.
