Hi, My name is Peerless Beeman and I am 5 years old. I am in kindergarten
at Lamar Elementary. Two and half years ago, I got a rare virus that paralyzed
me from the chest down. I have been in a wheelchair ever since. My Mom
and Dad found out that there is a surgery that could help me walk again. It is
not stem cell surgery. This surgery costs lots of money and my Dad’s insur-
ance won’t pay for it. If you could find in your heart to help me, I sure would
appreciate it. God Bless You, Peerless.

Peerless Beeman is a happy little boy with a beautiful spirit about him. He
doesn’t let this handicap slow him down. The medical industry has made
no breakthroughs on spinal cord injury for almost 50 years. Peerless was
doomed to spend the rest of his life (shortened considerably by his paralysis)
in a wheelchair. Something as simple as a cold for you and I could turn into
pneumonia for him in a short period of time. Kidney failure is also a very real
threat. He has to be watched very closely.

We discovered Dr. Harry Goldsmith, in Glenwood, Nevada, who pioneered a

spinal injury cord surgery almost twenty years ago. The surgery has not been
approved in this country; yet in Berlin, Germany, the procedure is being done
with great success. It’s a fairly simple procedure. One that could benefit
thousand of men, women and children with spinal cord injuries.

The community has been very supportive in

our efforts to raise the money needed for the
surgery and intensive physical therapy both
before and after the surgery. The expenses
will be around $100,000 or possibly more. We
are almost to the halfway mark, so we really
need your help to make a little boy’s dream
come true. Peerless told the pastor’s wife
last year that when he turned 5 years old, he
would walk again. We are trusting in a miracle
from God that this is going to happen.

The family has a bank account set up at First

Arkansas Valley Bank named the Peerless
Beeman Fund. Any of the branches would
welcome your deposit.

If you have questions about Peerless or his

surgery, please give us a call. You can reach
his mother, Lenell Beeman at 479-970-1895,
his aunt, Dayle Plummer at 479-293-9839, or
his granny, Sherri Bullock at 479-498-2239.

A very special thank you to all those wonder-

ful people, who have helped us, get to the
place we are right now.
