Blackgarden is a boutique advisory firm
with a wide network of contacts in the
global investment community
specializing in domestic and cross-
border mergers and acquisitions,
investments, business reorganizations,
corporate law, and tax.
BlackGarden was founded by a group of
senior executives with long experience
from transactions and investments. We
have significant practical experience in
general corporate law matters,
investments, M&A deals structuring, as
well as attracting financing and financial
restructuring in various sectors of the

standalone legal works separated from business matters in corporate and business life.
BlackGarden lawyers work alongside professionals in tax, accounting, and financial advisory to
provide a cohesive assistance based on their individual and unique circumstances.

startups to well-established companies. We advise over contractual matters, securities, formation

increasing competitive, environmental, and regulatory matters. Changes are no longer an
option for businesses rather a surviving tool that needs to be addressed. The reorganization
has become an unwavering fixture in the business world to support companies to optimize
their resources and improve operational profitability. Business restructuring broadly refers to
changing its organizational structure, which can involve shifting direct reports to a different
manager, reallocating resources to other parts of the business, business structure
optimisation, restructuring or structuring of holding companies on the basis of an existing
company or a group of companies, and/or changing its financial structure, which can

benefit startup initiatives. One of the most valuable services we offer to the community is our
expertise.

We are true believers to startups and their positive impact on business environment and
economy in general. Our team has assisted on Pro Bono basis several startup ideas by
advising on legal and tax matters as well as on organizational, marketing and strategy. We
do not consider our Pro Bono work to be any different than our fee-based work in most
respects. We are dedicated to the same standards of quality, client responsiveness, and
value-added contribution to the engagement.
