KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:

This EXTRAJUDICIAL SETTLEMENT entered into by and

among:

Ester’s Children:

BBBB, American Citizen, of legal age;

CCCC, American Citizen, of legal age;

DDDD, American Citizen, of legal age; and

EEEEEE, American Citizen, married, of legal age, and all are

residents of the United States of America.

WITNESSETH:

That the above parties, all American Citizens and all of legal
age, are the legitimate widow and children, as well as the sole heirs
of the late XXXXX, who died in ______________, on _______________,
without leaving any will.

The said deceased left a certain real property with a small

house situated at ADDRESS, more particularly described as follows:

said properties.

That this instrument shall be published once a week, for three

weeks, in a newspaper of general circulation in the Philippines.

That the parties hereto, all American Citizens, all of legal age,
with full civil capacity to contract, by these presents, hereby agree
and adjudicate among themselves, the above-described properties
as follows:

DDDD; and
EEEEE, all of equal share of the
154 sq. m.

However, all of them hereby waive their right and interest over
the said property including the house erected thereon, in favor of
