An oral announcement is an announcement that is not made in writing.
Characteristics Oral Announcement:
 Usually begins with saying “attention, please” or anything like that.
 We can find a spoken announcement when teacher call chief of the students or
when there is an event in the school, in the market, train station, bus station,
airport, sport stadium, etc.

2. What is an WRITTEN/SYMBOLIZED ANNOUNCEMENT? What are the

An Symbolized announcement is an announcement that is delivered in writing.
Characteristics Symbolized announcement:
 Use the title/type or event, date/time, and contact person.
 We can find the announcement on television, radio, newspaper, billboard,
magazine, etc.
 The information is long and detail.
