1 PURPOSE
This document is an amendment of ‘PIPE SUPPORT STANDARD’(Doc.26070-203-PH-
PH01-J0001~J0084) in order to identify the procedure of CONTRACTOR’s engineering
excutions works.
The Standard Pipe Support Drawing covers the pipe support installatipon for materials,
selection of support type, assembly, manufacturing and other major considerations of pipe
support installation for the project.

2 AMENDMENT CONVECTIONS
Amendments are changes to FEED specification as per official ‘Supplementary Notice (SN)’
and ‘Question and Answer (QA)’ that apply all application on RU V BALIKPAPAN Project.
Types of amendments include additions, deletions, exceptions, and revisions, and may
include the complete replacement of a section of FEED specification.
Each amendment type and symbol included in this document is defined below.

Terms of Symbol Definition

Addition An amendment that adds text at the end of a designated

portion of FEED specification

Deletion An amendment that indicates a portion of FEED

specification that should be deleted

Exception An amendment that replaces a designated portion of FEED

specification

Revision An amendment that revises a limited amount of existing text

in FEED specification

Example 1:

(Revision) The value “3.5ft” shall now read as “3.25ft”

Example 2:

(Revision) The term “MAWP” shall now read as “design

pressure (DP)”.

Regarding Technical Query ‘26071-JO-PMC-TQ-00084’, Using for EPC Contractor’s
Pipe Support Standard, CONTRACTOR is requested to proceed standard pipe support
drawing works as formally submit(via document control) the proposed pipe support
standard drawings to PMC for review.
The Standard Support drawings have been updated with PERTAMINA Standard
Support drawings with PERTAMINA Family Groups. Since the PERTAMINA supports
not yet enough to cover EPC Contractor’s Pipe support Standards, Some drawings are
added for completion of Pipe supports drawings based on EPC Contractor’s Pipe
Support Standard which are proposed pipe support standard drawings with Technical
Query.
The additional drawings are listed on Appendix-1.New Family Groups of Pipe Support
Standard.
